Cottage cheese-semolina cake in a multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 1 stack (200 ml) without slide
Curd (not fatty) 400 gr.
Semolina 1 cup (300 ml) with a slide
Sour cream (15-20%) 5 tbsp. spoons
Soda 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Seedless raisins 2-3 handfuls

Cooking method

  • In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese with sour cream and semolina. Eggs + sugar + vanillin + a small pinch of salt = beat until thick. Add this mass to the curd with semolina and stir well with a whisk. Add washed and dried raisins, stir and let stand for 15-20 minutes. for swelling of semolina. Meanwhile, grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with a thin layer of butter to the middle of the bowl height. Now attention! We check the thickness of the dough: stir it and see if within 30 seconds. raisins, which, after mixing, did not drown on the surface, then everything is in order, but if it went to the bottom, then the dough is liquid and you need to add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of semolina. You don't need to insist on the dough anymore. We add soda to it (DO NOT extinguish, we already have so much sour in the dough). We mix quickly and, without wasting a minute while the reaction is going on, we transfer the mass into a cartoon, slightly shake the bowl so that the dough settles down and close the lid. We expose the program "Baking". An hour later, we check: on the surface of the cake (by the way, it is white on top, and the sides and bottom are golden), holes should appear, similar to moon craters, only small. For every fireman, check with a toothpick. If dry, it's done. If not, like mine this time, then close it and put it on the baking again, timing the time for 10 minutes (no more, it will overcook). I stood for 8 minutes. and took out the bowl to cool on the wire rack. Cool the cake until warm so that you can turn the bowl over and catch it with your hand. All! You can decorate with something, but you don't need to! I used a stencil (Tescoma), I just sprinkled cocoa through a strainer.

  • Or you can turn it over with the dark side up, cut out a snowflake from paper, for example, put it on a cupcake and sprinkle with powdered sugar. It will turn out beautifully too. Well, something like that ... Enjoy your tea!

And don't speak! But I don't know how to make casseroles, or rather, I've never tried it. Can you share the recipe?

Thank you very much, Tatiana! I tried to. Actually, there really is nothing to do there. And yet everyone likes him. And most importantly, it simply cannot help but be baked, because there is no flour there. In an extreme case, there will be just a casserole, a little denser in structure, but just as tasty. This happened a couple of times. Well, at least someone would notice!

I make: 3 packs of low-fat cottage cheese (3x200g), 5 eggs, half a glass of semolina, 150 ml of 20% cream or sour cream, 1/2 mst sugar, 1 tsp. loosened, vanillin, orange. zest.
It is baked for 45-60 minutes (in different cartoons in different ways) + let it stand on the heating for 30 minutes so that it does not settle.
The recipe is not mine and is very popular on the forum. For example,

Oh, I'll give you some verimachnoe! Wow, how the kindergarten was prepared, in appearance. I will definitely do it. I used to somehow try to find a cottage cheese casserole for multi, but I came across such pictures ... as they say: "Not in a fairy tale to say ..." Some kind of singed, cool. I didn't even try to start! And your links are so beautiful, just super. Thanks again!

Elena TimI really liked the cupcake. Can you bake in the oven? At what temperature and for how many minutes?

Elena TimI really liked the cupcake. Can you bake in the oven? At what temperature and for how many minutes?
Yes Easy! I baked it in a silicone figured form (having smeared the form with oil, of course) and it turns out so handsome, in an inverted form I have a "Sunflower". You don't even need to decorate it then. For this amount of dough, the mold needs 26 cm in diameter. In the oven, it rises very much. Only add soda at the very end. Stir it and immediately the whole thing is in the form and in the oven. The cupcake in the oven is looser. All the ingredients are the same as in the recipe, just cross out the check for consistency. Regardless of the fat content of the sour cream and the moisture content of your cottage cheese, do not add semolina anymore (this is only for multi). The oven will handle it anyway. Otherwise it will be dryish. Furnace at 180C. First, set the timer to 45 minutes. And then see how it will brown to the color you need, get it out. And let cool in mold until warm. I wish you no luck, it will not be useful to you. But I WISH you success and pleasant tea drinking!

Elena, the cupcake turned out very tasty! They ate mine with a bang! The only thing, personally for my taste, next time I will put less sugar. I didn't add semolina at the end, everything turned out exactly according to your ingredients. Thanks for the awesome recipe!
Elena Tim
Oh how nice! To your health, Yul! I'm glad you liked this cupcake. I love it myself and do it often.
Marina_K
Elena Tim, Lena, and Len, why don't you warn that the cake is thermonuclear when baking. I put him in the oven, and he flooded. I got out of the mold and gave me the whole stove. Although I myself am to blame, I had to do everything according to the recipe, read all the messages and take a huge form. I will work on mistakes (when the extra cottage cheese appears). Not a good experience, also an experience.
Elena Tim
Well Duc I baked in a multicooker, there it does not go anywhere.
And no one asked me about the oven! Now harut!

Well, if it's no joke, then it really grows in the oven and turns out to be more porous and airy. He, if my memory serves me, needs a baking dish 26 cm in diameter and at least 5 cm in height!
Marina_K
As I say, it is my own fault. No reproaches. No offense . I will improve. As soon as I will, I will immediately come with a report.
Elena Tim
I'm joking, I'm joking! I will be happy to wait for the results!
Kara
Oh, Lenk butterflies, well, here's how you sit on a diet, well, what is being done. And if you do it on zero curd?

Lenusya, what a yummy! I did it in the oven, I took almost half of my son to work (there are many bachelors there), I’ll take a piece of my daughter to work, I just had time to try (but from the heart).
Allegra
Lenk, so you can create such a MIRACLE in a sandwich maker! portioned
otherwise I reduce all the oil in the manna and reduce it, replace it with cottage cheese (like Schaub was less fat),
and here your recipe is straight to the point, thanks!

Yes, I'm sure I'm telling you, oh sorry, there is no cottage cheese at home
and I would have already shown, there is business for 20 minutes
I hate it - I'll show it right away
Elena Tim
Yeah, yeah, I'll wait!
Elena Tim
Lena2015, let's try to figure it out in order. Tell me, did you use exactly all of the ingredients in my recipe? Did you replace anything or put less?
Lena2015
Elena T
I didn't use your recipe. just found the recipe on the internet. I just don’t understand why baking doesn’t work?
can baked goods be cooked in multi-cook mode?
Elena Tim
Aaaaa! And I don’t understand how my cupcake could have failed when it’s simply unkillable!
But it turns out you didn't do it! I was just confused by the fact that you turned to me with a question about manna, so I immediately thought about my "manna"!
Let's just clarify, just in case - do you have a cartoon at least Bork? U700? For others I will not say anything, I do not know.

Quote: Lena2015
I just don’t understand why baking doesn’t work?
It doesn't work because that recipe just doesn't work for your multicooker. Try to use recipes specifically for your multi. And in general, I, frankly, do not understand why there is flour in the manna? Monka herself miraculously copes with the task. In any case, it will definitely not be raw. Even if the dough turned out to be thin, then the manna itself will simply be lower and with a denser structure (something like a casserole), but baked - the semolina will not go anywhere, it will cook. But with flour, the situation is more complicated, it makes the dough heavier, viscous, and not every cartoon can bake it properly. A larger number of baking powder is already needed here.
Lena2015
Elena Tim,
mulka like your bork 700 (I heard that it was discontinued).
tell me if you try this recipe on multi-cook mode. I just want to finish it off in a slow cooker or abandon it with complete disappointment that mulka can not cook everything
Elena Tim
Len, you know, I'm not sure, but it seems to me that there is too much pressure on the Multipovar. I myself do not remember baking muffins or biscuits on it. Now, if we knew the temperature at which our Baking works, then it would be easier to navigate with the Multi-Cook by the temperature. And so ... maybe you shouldn't take the risk and transfer products ...
Actually, all multicooker, I mean different brands, cook and bake in different ways. Therefore, of course, in order not to translate products, it is easier to select recipes specifically for your multi model. Then there will be no disappointments.
Lena2015
Elena Tim,
maybe you're right. I also picked up pilaf. not three glasses but two and a half (mine is more like it). and the son generally said that he liked pilaf more in mulk than in a brazier
Elena Tim

Two and a half glasses of what? Water? Or do you mean the amount of rice?
Lena2015
Elena Tim,
water
Elena Tim
So our girls generally cook 1: 1 or 1: 1.5.
Lisa Vei prepares one to one and a half, she likes it better.
Rice, they say, is straight crumbly.
Lena2015
Elena Tim,
I take steamed rice.
Elena Tim
Aaaa, well, tada, yes, we need more water.
Lena2015
I used to take the usual one, but somehow I tried it steamed, so my only asked to cook with it.
Elena Tim
Well, steamed is easier - it is never smear, it is always crumbly. And he is more useful!
