Cooking method

Brought to all the relatives of Zhytomyr. And the main recipe was duck in milk. Not difficult, but very tasty. On holidays, this recipe was diversified by the fact that potatoes were fried in melted duck fat, it was especially tasty when it was a very young small potato. In autumn, onions and mushrooms were added to the potatoes.
Today is a holiday, driver's day, my husband is directly related to this holiday. So I pampered him with a long-forgotten dish.
