salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l. in dough and for lubrication

Cooking method

Roll a ball out of the dough, grease it with vegetable oil, put in a bowl and cover with foil for 1 hour. The dough should double or more. Then put the dough on a floured table, knead with your hands, divide into 7 equal parts. Form koloboks, put them in a bowl greased with vegetable oil tightly to each other in the form of chamomile.

  • And leave the yogurt on the program for 40 minutes. The dough should double again. This is how the dough comes up. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds if desired.
