Apple-mint dessert in a multicooker Redmond M90

Ingredients

Apples 7 pcs
White sweet wine 3/4 st
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l
Chopped mint 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • For those who like mint dishes, I recommend this dessert.
  • Place chopped and peeled apples in a MV saucepan, pour wine and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Switch on the Dessert program for 20 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, grind the mass with a blender. Add mint and stir.
  • Serve warm, or refrigerate for a while until needed.

Interesting idea! What is the Dessert program like? Stewing, baking?
Gala
Irina, probably the program looks like a delicate stewing. In general, this dessert can be made without MV. The main thing is to soften the apples in wine, so that you can puree later. And with mint carefully, you can easily overdo it.

I think in my Panasonic the extinguishing is just quite delicate. Thank you for coming up with what to do with the remains of my beautiful Antonovka! There are apples and wine, it’s urgent to get mint!
And another question about powdered sugar: which one to take? The one that is sold in ordinary stores, for sprinkling, it seems to me, with some kind of starch so that it does not stick together. Although only a pleasant density can be formed from it. Or tighten up and grind your own?
Gala
Yes, in Panasika, stewing, I think, is perfect. Irin, you shouldn't bother with powder like that, you can take regular sugar. It, of course, takes longer to dissolve.
I had Haas powder and took it, which composition I didn't even look at. You don't need a lot of it, I didn't notice much of its density either.

+ Gala +, delicious dessert turned out!
Only I got mixed up and bought red wine instead of white.
But it turned out very tasty and the color is beautiful.
No photo - they ate it quickly.
The apples turned out to be "oak", almost doubled the time.
I had an M70, I did it on the "Multipovar" mode at 100 degrees, for a total of 40 minutes.
But this is because of the apples - they were very hard.
Thanks for the recipe!
Gala
Ellana, thanks for the feedback! Next time do it with white wine
