I bought a bread maker from the Austrian company FIRST Farina FA-5150, it came with only one recipe for baking white bread, but it has 12 baking positions.
I tried to bake according to recipes from the site - it turns out a complete bullshit, because I don't know which program to put.

Are these modes described in the instructions? Let's figure it out. Usually, the instructions contain at least a description of the modes. This, as a rule, is a large table where it is written what and how long it does in each program.

Katarinahold on!
And while you find instructions for your bread maker, do not get upset, do not waste time, but master YOUR recipe for white bread in first mode. Usually 1 recipe for bread makers is the main It can then be varied with various additives (tsp. Dry herbs, raisins, seeds, various spices), as well as replacing part of the required amount of water with eggs, milk, kefir, juices.

Katarina,
If she is Austrian, does she have a panel in German?
If so, check out this topic: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=2331.0

The photo shows my stove, but it says everything in English. But the instruction is in Russian.
I was prompted here one more footnote, there are similar to my programs.
But to be honest, there are only program names on it:
1. Kneading and raising dough, baking white bread.
2. Kneading and proving dough for French bread and pastries with a long proving time.
3. Kneading and raising the dough and baking bread from wholemeal flour.
4. Quick kneading and raising of dough and baking bread with baking soda or baking powder.
5. Kneading and baking sweet bread.
6. Superfast kneading and raising of dough, baking 700 gr. bread in a short time.
7. ultra-fast kneading and raising of the dough, baking 900 gr. bread in a short time.
8. Kneading and raising without baking.
9. Kneading and raising dough and baking bread for sandwiches.
10. Making jam.
11. Kneading and raising dough, baking pies and cakes, raising dough with baking soda or baking powder.
12. Only baked goods.
But the time can be seen when you press the program buttons.

I wanted to bake a cupcake according to recipes from the site, but I was spitting ... I don't know what program to put on. (I put it in number 4 - I was wrong).
Maybe due to inexperience I don't understand how to decipher these names of programs?
I am so grateful to you that you all responded and decided to help me.
I look forward to further cooperation.
Thanks to Katarina.

Here we bought a FIRST FA 5152 bread machine, after reading the instructions, questions arose. There are 12 programs in it, and 17 of them are indicated on the leaflet with the decoding of the programs, and there are programs that are not in the HP itself, and vice versa, there are no those that are in the stove itself! In addition, this leaflet does not indicate for what weight what proportions are needed, but there are 3 weights in the oven (750g 1000g 1250g).
Please help! If possible, give a link to the correct instructions, or maybe someone has encountered a similar problem, tell me the solution.

3404 Here is almost an official site, there is really nothing there 🔗Breadmaker / 1139 / look for an analogue here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=26545.0

Start working with the Basic (basic) program, it is about the same as the other x \ n.

You need the weight of the finished bread (700 grams, etc.) in order to set the baking temperature and time - it also does not differ much.
Take the amount of flour and other ingredients for this weight of the finished bread from other x \ n.

When kneading and baking bread, refer to the Bread Baking Guide under Kneading and Baking Basics.

Today I finally tried to bake my first bread. I took the recipe from Novex 7012
1. White bread
LOAD SIZE 900 g
Water 300 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2.5. Art. l.
Wheat solid
varieties of fine grinding 150 g
Wheat
bakery flour 350 g
Dry yeast 1 ½ tsp.
Oil 2 tbsp. l.
Program: FRENCH BREAD
I did everything exactly according to the recipe, I put the ingredients in the same sequence.
But I was disappointed (((the bread did not rise at all and was very salty (((
tell me what I did wrong, how to fix it, and if you can give me a proven recipe for ordinary white bread, as if for sure!

Your mistake is that you do not listen to the recommendations, but want to easily bake bread - and when it doesn’t work out, ask for another proven recipe.
Read the proven recipes here, and follow all recommendations.

Learn to make bread dough - and then the bread itself will turn out!

UNDERSTANDING BREAD IN HOMEMADE BREAD
#

Errors in your recipe:
There is a lot of salt that prevented the yeast from developing. Need 1.5 tsp
A lot of sugar - you need 1-1.5 tbsp
Not enough yeast per 500 grams of flour - you need about 1.7-2 tsp
Why did you put durum flour? It requires more water to swell. Usually, such flour is not put into bread dough; such flour is used mainly for dumplings.
And it was necessary to track the balance of flour and liquid - the state of the BOX !!!!!

Hello members of the forum! 5 days ago I bought the FIRST FA 5152 oven. I have already baked bread three times: two on the basic mode and one on rye. And today I decided to bake French onion bread (I took the recipe from the forum). There are 12 modes in the oven and there is "French bread". But on the forum everyone writes the duration of this mode is 6 hours, and I have 750 gr for cooking. rolls only 3h13m.

I bought a bread maker of the Austrian company FIRST Farina FA-5150,
I haven't bought it yet, but I'm looking at this 5150, since it's cheap, and I'll buy an expensive one later, when incomes stabilize. If you have any opinion about this stove, please unsubscribe pliz

I have a different model and slightly different programs, but I use the basic program more often. To say that I am very happy, no. I took a long time to adapt to her. Stand I control the process. therefore I do not use a timer.
