solmazalla
Laniko, I have indicated the article to you, you can ask around in service centers. They are there, however, they say that all this does not fit our harvester, but you do not pay attention. The details are really from other models, but they fit perfectly on ours, checked not only by me, but also by many girls here on the forum.
Laniko
solmazallaThank you, I will look for an opportunity to bring from the Russian Federation or Poland, because we have 2 times more expensive without delivery ...

Good day! Hostess of the combine, did you have a similar problem?

When cutting into cubes, scratches are formed on the nozzle of the combine according to the thread diameter (highlighted), this is after a single use The situation is aggravated by the fact that when replacing the combine with a new, sealed one, the same problem arose

Finally, I became the happy owner of the wonderful Boshik assistant for a long time choosing, read both topics on this site about them yesterday went to the m. Video and could no longer leave without it, the truth was collecting at home for about 20 minutes for the first time, and this is the question, who uses it for a long time , no problem after the test with him? The consultant assured that all nonsense and he was not designed for kneading dough
Elfa
VerinikaBurik, Veronica, congratulations! I will not advise much on the test, I rarely do it, but I coped without difficulty. Maybe more active users will speak out.
In general, I also read both branches, and before buying a year ago, and recently rereading it, the girls wrote that they make the dough in 21 seconds, the recipe is on HP, and often. And I have not seen any reports of breakdowns due to this on our forum. And consultants in stores often only know instructions, not practice)

Oh and a consultant! And why is there a plastic knife in the kit?
I have this Boshik, I am very pleased with it. Any dough, even the coolest, turns out. True, a bread maker is a place. Division of labor, so to speak

yes, yes, and it is indicated in the instructions about the dough, but he took something from something that the knife would cut through the dough and not roll it up and offered to either watch the mum series for 30 thousand, but I immediately told him that the budget was limited and in general it was my love with this harvester
Tell me, is it true that some nozzles from the cube go to it? I want to complete my friend to the maximum

And this is no longer for me. I haven't bought anything for mine yet, now I wanted a large lattice, but it is not available. A few pages ago, the girls wrote about attachments and articles. But do you need to buy everything in addition? This greatly increases the cost of the harvester
Elfa
lira3003, Rita) I also catch everything with a large lattice, and nothing. If you suddenly find, drop it in a personal. And if I find you)
And I bought only a medium grater for mine. Therefore, I will not advise on others either.

and I read that julienne and average are almost the same. Or are they different? I want fries, I need it for the eggplant. Does this model still have a cheese grater? She would be very helpful. Well, for the dranniks, just in case, although I rubbed my hands on a coarse grater before and nothing, it was normal, but now they came up with a separate disk
an_domini
The cheese is perfectly grated with a fine grater, no additional special grater is needed.

thanks for the answer, as I understand it, she will also rub chocolate?

Have not tried
Elfa
VerinikaBurik, I have a model 64085, the main difference from yours is the set included a grater for fries, but not for julienne. Therefore, I needed the middle one.
I am happy with the fries, like many, I cut both the peppers for freezing and the potatoes for frying.

I didn't even think about the pepper, I cut it into small strips. Are you so big and put it in the dishes?

Yes, I read this idea here, it seems like it was from Miranda, and it's not that big - it's about 1 cm thick, or even less. For soups in stewed vegetable stews, for pizza, this size of pepper goes well in our family

And please tell me more about the average disk. Reading the forum, I realized that julienne and the average grater are the same, and the shiner? If small 1mm large 3mm, then medium 2mm or what? do you need it? Is the difference in millimeter visible?
Elfa
VerinikaBurik, Veronica, but somehow they didn’t bother with a shredder, to be honest, I don’t even know, for me there is no difference in cutting, I’ll take a picture of the discs for you tomorrow night for you to see. And here, too, this disc was mainly mentioned precisely because of the grater.
By the way, when I bought a disc with a medium grater, Citylink was the most budgetary option, if you suddenly look in stores.
VerinikaBurik
I would be very grateful for the photo and thanks for the advice where to see the disc
Elfa
VerinikaBurik, that's not an informative photo, it's not particularly visible, but in reality, the difference is true mm, probably, so if only because of the shredder, then I wouldn't spend money on an additional disk

Oh thank you very much, really the difference is minimal. In general, the Julien disc suited me, and a fine grater is also useful in a couple of dishes, I think I will find a use for a large one, so I’ll probably refuse the middle disc
For the second day, Boshik's father-in-law managed to grate potatoes on potato pancakes, and made a lot of cheese pancakes. And it turns out that our Boshik can make such a curd mass! Steeper than any Danissimo!
an_domini
Veronica, first rub the carrots on the discs you have and compare.
For example, I had to buy a medium grater, this is now my most popular size for carrots and boiled beets.
And a shredder on a medium grater is like an appendage with me, the disc was not bought for her, namely because of the grater.
Especially in the main set, they do not put an average grater, since it is then bought in addition.
VerinikaBurik

Terla already on fine and julienne. And here's the second thing for me. I have a hand grater for Korean carrots bought on the market for 40 rubles, and I always grated carrots and beets everywhere on it. According to the photo in another Temka, they rub almost the same with the middle disk

By the way, on the subject of sucking the dough under the nozzle. I made a lot of cheese cakes, a thick emulsion came out, it really got a little under the knife, but I twisted it for a long time, the cottage cheese was 1.2 kg
lira3003
And today I had to order a disc holder. Yesterday I chopped 1 medium carrot, and on this holder both pieces that hold the discs broke. At the same time I ordered a wipe, I don't know if I need to or not, but don't order 1 holder. And I don't seem to need anything else ... there is still no large cube lattice

Wow, Rita, it's a shame.
I also have a rub in the queue after large cubes, and also in question. Please tell us later whether the rubbing has found practical use.
VerinikaBurik
I also want to buy a rub for the berry season. Well it will be possible to make such fruit purees!

I read the topic, I didn't seem to find an answer. Why is the pancake dough made in a glass and not in a bowl, and how to knead a biscuit, a whisk or a dough knife?

an_dominiand I have the same opinion (s).
I also bought it because of the medium grater, but when the cabbage is sauerkraut, I rub the carrots on the grater, and the cabbage on this medium shredder, so as not to wash another disc

lira3003
VerinikaBurik, pancake dough in a bowl with a whisk. And the biscuit too. In any case, that's how it works for me.
Elfa, I will report on wiping.
Charline-MT, Thanks for the link. Tomorrow they will bring a wiper and a holder, and then we'll see
Charline-MT
lira3003, by the way, there is also a large one on the refrigerator-ru
lira3003
Now I'll think about whether I need to order anything else, otherwise the delivery to us costs from 350 rubles and + 30 rubles per 1 km from the Moscow Ring Road. Or it should be a large purchase ... I didn't want a rub, I don't seem to need it, I ordered it up to the pile.
VerinikaBurik
I decided to make a pizza for the night. I kneaded the dough in boshik 3 parts flour 1 part liquid. Nothing got anywhere, but the dough is very tight, I make it softer with my hands. I don't even know if the yeast will work, the main filling is not to cut the bowl now, otherwise the thin dough will obviously not withstand such a load
lira3003
VeronicaThe dough is tight and does not suck.
And today they brought me a disc holder and a wiper. All evening I think: "what to rub". I don't want mashed potatoes, but nothing else. Rather, there is cottage cheese, but why rub it, I can eat it anyway
VerinikaBurik

Veronica, Rather, there is cottage cheese, but why rub it, I can eat it anyway

Oh, I made a lot of cheese cakes with a knife for the dough, although I took soft cottage cheese, I still have grains that is. And after the knife, the mass became homogeneous, if I just make cottage cheese with sour cream and jam, I think it will be no worse than purchased cottage cheese, it tastes much better for me, my family does not eat ordinary cottage cheese, but they will grind such a sweet soul tomorrow I’ll come on the weekend, I think what else to cook. And how much time was freed up! It took 30 minutes for the pizza with the dough and preparation of all the products, and I managed to wash the combine, and before half a day I did it all
lira3003
solmazalla, Alla, but do not tell me how you use the rub, or rather, how did you install it? I could not put it on the pin, there is a round rim on it, which interferes. As a result, the rubbing does not sit in the bowl. I’m sitting thinking, I shouldn’t have it, I ordered it ... What to do, grind off the bezel, what if I ruin it and then buy it again

The question is cleared, I found the answer at Miranda... The rub is put on the cube cutter pin! And yesterday I mashed potatoes in the old fashioned way, by hand. I did not delete the question, who suddenly will be confused as well.

Hello girls. I have Bosch MCM64085, but they are from the 6th series, so I decided to ask here. We wanted to chop / beat a little cottage cheese, decided not to stain the bowl. But for a blender, the required consistency turned out to be beyond its strength: an air "pocket" forms above the knife and the mass simply "stands" in place.
The native whisk is soft, probably suitable only for whipping proteins, creams, did not take risks. Will any harder / thicker beaters fit from other series combines?

What is the difference? Maybe at MCM68 .. thicker needles? Please share your experience.
lira3003
Ralph, did not see your message. But I think no one will help here. For cottage cheese, girls use rubbing. And I would never have thought of using a blender ...
Olga3107
Please share the link where can you order a rub? I bought everything, but I can't find her
Ralph
Olga3107, to order rubbing can be found on the official Bosch website. In Yandex, type 00642151 and in the search results go to Bosch Home. ru, well, to her paddle goes, type its article in Yandex 00641688 and also go to Bosch Home. RU.
Olga3107
Ralph, I saw it. I just hoped that there might be something cheaper. And then there is delivery plus VAT above the price
Anchic
Olga, VAT is already included in the price.
Olga3107
Anchic, considers me separately. Plus price and shipping costs
Anchic
Olga, it says under the price - VAT included.

Olga, what is in the VAT basket as a separate line is already included in the price. It's just that the law is supposed to indicate VAT. You look at the checks from the stores - everywhere VAT is indicated on a separate line.
Olga3107
Anchic, Yes thank you. Figured it out
Olga3107
Today my order came: sieve and impeller. And as a gift by March 8, a gift certificate for 1000 rubles was put in the box. Very nice. You can still buy something. 👍

Olga3107, happy shopping you! Wiping is a good thing. in summer, berries make an excellent puree, for marshmallow and not only :)

Hello. I have a Bosch 64085. I'm very happy. I would like to buy a disc beater. There are several of them. Can you tell me the article?
degteva
Hello everybody. I have been using this harvester for 5 years. I bought a medium grater in addition, since julienne requires a certain ideal size of carrots to lay them along. Yes, and the harvester beats hard when cutting with a grater julienne. And I do potato pancakes like this: first I rub the potatoes on a fine grater, then I put a universal knife and grind the mixture. It turns out like on a hand grater (such thorny holes). Great harvester.
