lira3003
Oh, and I didn't buy anything. I manage with those attachments that are included. True, she dropped the main bowl, the edge broke off from the bottom. I bought a bowl, but I use the old one. At first I was worried, but now I calmed down, I bought an extra bowl for the combine, I bought 2 more bowls for the multicooker, beauty!
Marfusha5, but what is a medium grater for? What if I need it too?
wiping is probably not needed. And another question for the owners: does anyone have a universal juicer attachment? Not for citrus, but universal? How does she work. I need juice from carrots, beets. Or buy a separate one? The husband just won't notice the attachment, but the new device ... I'm afraid his head will go round
Marfusha5
Lika2882, to health.
Lika2882
lira3003, I will insert my five cents after reading the reviews: I need it for frying in soup (well, this size is just more familiar to me) and for cheese. Sobsna is the standard size of an ordinary Soviet grater, as I understood while studying Bosch topics, so it's just more familiar to me. And so there is nothing super special in her ... I wonder what she will say Marfusha5...
Lika2882
And rubbing is still used to rub curd ... Although I don't know what it is for, to be honest ..
Marfusha5
Quote: Lika2882
I wonder what Marfusha will say5 ...
Marfusha will say the same thing) For me, an average grater is the most standard size of a shredder for both carrots and cabbage. What I’ve got used to since childhood. Average Soviet grater.

And the curd is rubbed, probably for the kids, for the curd soufflé, so that it is softer, more uniform and airy. I think so...
Lika2882
Ahh! ... It is necessary to poshukat recipes of airy curd souffle ..
lira3003
So, so ... an average Soviet grater ... you need to think ...
it seems not needed, and even more rubbing. I don't like soufflé. Children are adults, there are no grandchildren yet, mmm. And I love cottage cheese, with sour cream and honey.
Thanks to all. Now I'll wait for someone to write me about the juicer
NadinAn
I use rubbing very actively in the fall: I make tomato juice (chop the tomatoes, grind a little with a small amount of water, rub and add salt to taste). It turns out great, wipes the bones and cake until dry. I do the same with an apple and an apricot. You can make any fruit puree, and you can also jam more sugar. I love this nozzle very much!
lira3003
Hope! Thanks for writing about wiping. I forgot something about the blanks ... I used to roll up a lot of cans, and recently I have become completely lazy. In August, my husband and I go fishing in Astrakhan. The very season of cans .... Now I think we need to bring vegetables and fruits from there. Think about wiping
NadinAn
I highly recommend tomato juice if you like .... Well, they adore my apricot purees ... Saving sugar and healthier. It can then be added to cottage cheese and yogurt ... But believe me, there is not a lot of fuss.
Lika2882
Hope, and it is possible about mashed potatoes for more details? Cook them first? Then roll it up or what?
degteva
lira3003, for frying in soup, a grater for "Julienne" is even better, straws in our opinion. It is included in the standard equipment of the combine. After all, in a professional manner in soups, in goulash, everything should be cut into strips. Maybe I’m wrong, but I’m postponed since my studies (at school there used to be UPK) on the cook.
Lika2882
degteva, you probably all the same addressed your post to me, and not lira3003)) maybe you are right, we didn’t have the art of cooking at the UPK, so I don’t know how to do it right. in the same cafes / restaurants it is really cut into strips, but our simple Soviet housewives, mothers and grandmothers, used the same grater, which is why such a stereotype developed ...I'll try to make frying with julienne, maybe it will even be more beautiful and, again, something new, but for the cheese you still need the same one ... from childhood))
NadinAn
Lika2882, about mashed potatoes: I cut an apricot in half, apples into 3-4 parts without a core, boil it with a little water, so the skin will more easily go away, even from apricots, even from apples. Then I wipe it through a rub and add a little sugar, bring it to a boil and roll it up. I keep it in the refrigerator, I haven't tried it at room temperature. I do it in small jars, so that just a dessert.
lira3003
degteva, I also use this julienne attachment for frying in soup, for adding to the cutlets. My mother worked in the cafeteria and cooked very well (I didn't go to her, apparently), she never grated beets, carrots, cut them neatly into strips. Therefore, I probably did not look closely at the medium grater. I just now thought that when cooking, she cut vegetables into strips or cubes, depending on the dish.
So, while I'm only thinking about wiping and waiting for feedback on the juicer, does no one have it?
Marfusha5
lira3003, Rita, what does this juicer look like? If the same as the bosch mcm 5540, then it is bad. It consists entirely of plastic, its grater is also plastic, it does not rub well, the cake is very wet, it is better to buy a freestanding juicer.
lira3003
Irina! But I don't know what she looks like, I didn't even think about it. If I remember correctly, it is plastic. I think I saw her in spare parts. Then I'd better look after a freestanding one. The poor husband will go mad. Without me, he had a refrigerator, stove and kettle in the kitchen. He still could not understand why I need a microwave? said that you can warm food on the stove .... then why a slow cooker, oh Lord, why another one? Why decock grater, why combine? Why a bread maker? Why blender
Marfusha5
lira3003, and really, poor husband)))) Mine are shocked by my assistants too))))
and if the juicer is plastic, then I am more than sure that it is necessary to take a normal one with a metal strainer. And the husband will have to accept))))
lira3003
Irina
I'm preparing him now for buying a dishwasher, but with an eye to a new apartment, he resists
it's a pity that your favorite food processor doesn't have a juicer
Marfusha5
lira3003, water and stone wears away))) I think he will eventually agree to a dishwasher))))
I have a juicer from Bosch MSM 5540, it is very flimsy, I have no idea how it can squeeze juice from hard vegetables and fruits once. It's scary that it will crack in the process. I'm also wondering which juicer goes to this Bosch.
Lika2882
NadinAn, I'll have to try ... thanks! Do you put sugar on the eye or is there an optimal proportion?
Lika2882
Rita, just like everything is written about me ... Only I started from the pmm, I had it in the first place, maybe it's easier for me to cut it by hand than wash the dishes))
NadinAn
Lika2882, sugar to taste. I cooked for my one-year-old child, so I didn't add much, but a 40-year-old child also faked.
Lika2882
NadinAn, gee)) thanks!)) I'll try!

I report ... They brought the discs ... I took for fries to mum8, the second for mum4 is a double-sided medium cut and grater: potatoes are fried ... Mmm ... Of course, in a semicircle, which upset me a lot, BUT it's better than cutting it with your hands! Even taking into account the rinsing of the disc and bowl, it's still faster !!
Medium grater - until I understood ... I tried it on potatoes and from julienne, somehow, the difference is not very visible ... We must try on carrots ...

Hello! Girls who bought an additional mill, please tell me what is its encoding?
kleoruru
Tell me, I want to buy myself a 68885 combine, I saw an older model MCM 4200 there is a juicer attachment for apples, carrots, etc., so the question is whether it fits here? and can you order it? and it is possible, so as not to look for all the codes of additional accessories for model 68885 throughout the forum? pliz ..
lira3003
I see that no one has come here for a long time .... And I have been using it for the second year and I am happy! All the same, a very successful model for me! Today I kneaded the dough on some eggs, and grated a lot of onions. Cooked besbarmak, it seems called. I don’t know how anyone, but my boys love. I used to buy ready-made dough, but now only homemade, tasty dough. A few days ago okroshku cubed in a couple of minutes. Zucchini for pancakes, vegetables for salads. Mayonnaise, when you need a lot, is also in it. True, when it is not enough, then with a blender, also Bosch. I love Boshiki, they are good
Svetlana B
I am also very glad that I bought this harvester a little over a year ago! last summer 3 buckets of eggplant grated for caviar in 15 minutes! And also diced carrots and in the freezer - very beautiful in the soup, I even put this in pilaf once - it looked great with the peas! And what is the dough kneading! I have three small children now find time to bake! Many people make mayonnaise in the combine - it's easier for me to do it with a submersible blender (also Bosch!) And in the container where I'm going to store it: either in a glass with a lid that came with the kit or in a 700 gram jar - it's faster and you don't need to transfer it anywhere. All the same, Bosch has successful devices: my mixer, blender and combine all turned out to be Bosch, although when I bought I was guided not by the brand but by the technical characteristics of the devices.
Bayka
And now I also have such a Boshik. The most positive impressions, he stood on the table as if he had been standing in my kitchen all his life! Like a native). I was afraid that the salad cubes would be large, but the size is the same. I made a vinaigrette, minced the turkey meat, whipped up a smoothie. Everything is super fast! Now I'm waiting for it to get colder - knead the dough for bread in the oven. It is very interesting how I will succeed, otherwise many wrote that the dough sometimes sucks in. I will also order a medium grater, as they wrote here. And still ahead of the spinning of salads.
And thanks to everyone for the feedback on this combine! Without you I wouldn't have such an assistant
nastya333
Girls, read the reviews on the forum, bought this miracle, rejoiced like a sloooon for 3 days, and then do not understand what happened, these iron clamps are used in the nozzle with cubes when working, it seems as if this does not affect the work, but it feels like they are loose, Does anyone have something like that? the sound is such a poklatsivanie, they seem to be slightly unclenched and again compressed, I do not know how to reset the video here (please help me decide, only I have such nonsense?

nastya333, I can't understand what you are talking about. These protectors are very easy to fasten, or rather, they do not fasten but simply press two parts. Yesterday I used a kubikorezkoy I did not hear any sound. They fit tightly into the grooves on the part with knives. How do they walk? Right to left or what? so I say again that they are tight.
nastya333
degteva, here is a link to the video, perhaps it is clearer than my explanation)
lira3003
Bayka, congratulations on your assistant! : rose: Let it serve for a long time! So that the dough is not sucked in, first pour flour into the bowl, then liquid.
nastya333, strangely I did not notice this, I will see only when I cook Olivier
degteva
nastya333, I watched the video and I will say the same that I did not notice. It's too late today. Tomorrow night I'll cut something and write.
Bayka
nastya333, these clamps are made in such a way that they do not press the cube cutter disk, otherwise it would not spin. It's the same for me, but sometimes the clamps don't jump, sometimes they jump a little. I didn't understand what it depends on, maybe on the installation of the disk itself on the pin, the inclination of the table can also affect, well, and the speed, of course.
Do not worry, nothing has become loose, but on the contrary - it has become accustomed))

Thank you!)
I already made the dough, everything turned out ok! In general, I already realized that the assistant is irreplaceable. The other day I closed the salads - here he has no competitors at all! I chopped seven kg of vegetables in about five minutes)), I barely had time to lay, I was already tired
Olga_leka
And when you bought the combine - were all the disks sealed? They brought it to me now - the book is wrinkled, and two disks are unpacked. ... But he himself seems to be new, judging by the bowl ...
Today or tomorrow you can still return ...
Bayka
I had one printed, although the combine box itself was overtightened with factory tape. Bought in the store.
lira3003
I had all the nozzles sealed. I bought in the online store
Lusichka
We need your advice. The first experience with the dough hook scared me. The dough was twisted inward into the engine (thank God, it didn't get into the body itself). But first I mixed the dough (for bread) with my hands and then decided to tighten it in a food processor. Tell me what not to do when working with a dough mixer. Was it my fault or was it a malfunction of the combine? Do you get any nozzles inside? I really need your answer, otherwise I began to be afraid to use this attachment. Thank you.
subiata
Nothing wrong. I was addicted to it too. Probably the reason is high power or high speed. In order to knead the dough in such a combine, you need to adapt. The dough is kneaded for a very short time. Steep (for example, for noodles) can take longer to rot, but soft - not necessary. Such a harvester mixes the dough well and quickly, that is, mixes the components. But to knead it for 10 minutes, then this will not work. For such purposes, of course, MUM combines with a dough hook are better. For example, MUM doesn't suit me. It takes up more space and is more sharpened for the dough, and I do not bake often and in small quantities. The capabilities of 68885 are quite enough. You can read this topic on page 4. There we have already discussed this matter.
Lusichka
Thanks for the answer. But still, what should not be done when kneading dough in a combine? Are there any recommendations?
subiata
Well, I still can't figure out what not to do. It seems to me only to knead for a long time. And it is better to first put the dry ingredients in the food processor, then add liquid with the food processor turned on. This is from my own experience.
Venera007
Can you please tell me where you can buy or order a medium grater for a combine? Something began to miss her, although I did without her for almost a year ...
Miranda
Venera007,

You can google by name - MUZ45KP1
I have saved tabs of several magazines, under the spoiler. I don't know which store is more convenient for you.

Tell me, does the disc-julienne replace the medium grater?

I have MCM64085, it differs from MCM68885 only in color, with a capacity of 1200 versus 1250, and instead of julienne disc-free, which turned out to be very cool, I have a lot of things except potatoes.

I also bought a medium grater right away. The most popular disc.
And now I'm thinking if I need a julienne or it will duplicate a medium grater.

Venera007
Miranda, Thank you. My Julienne disc rubs almost as finely as a fine grater, so I don't use it. Usually everything is on a large scale. Although you need to get it, try again. For me, it should be a little larger. I can't get those straws like Korean carrots.
Venera007
And the disk code for fries is MUZ45PS1?
Yesterday I tried to rub Julien on a disc, it turns out a little larger than on a fine grater, but it's very far from Korean straw
Food processor Bosch MultiTalent MCM68885

Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Miranda
Here are all the codes for our combines

for potato pancakes - MUZ45RS1
disc-free - MUZ45PS1
disc julienne - MUZ45AG1
medium grater / shredder disc - MUZ45KP1

That is, for our disks you need to look for when it starts on MUZ45 ...
But other editions are also suitable, you need to look at the connection design (center of the disc)

A chopper is also suitable for us (such in MCM64060 and MCM68861) - 750858

And a rub for mashed potatoes or berries, like MCM 5529, it is put on a stick for cubes and consists of two parts: a) a press blade for making puree - 00641688 c) a filter sieve for rubbing berries, tomatoes, boiled vegetables - 00642151

***
Disk-free cuts like this (the first post by searching on the forum) - Food processor Bosch MultiTalent MCM68885

Venera007
Miranda, Thank you so much. Yeah ... The price shot up like horror. We took it a year ago, it was terribly expensive, and now it is already 21 thousand
degteva
I have already ordered and received a medium grater / shredder disk - MUZ4KP1, instead of - MUZ45KP1. No 5 in the code.
The disc came up and is 150 rubles cheaper. The appearance is exactly the same as in the posts above.
