Tomato and chicken soup

Ingredients

chicken breast 200 g
vermicelli 100 g
St. tomatoes 3-4 pcs.
garlic 2 teeth
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
R. onion (for broth) 2 pcs
lemon, herbs (for decoration)

Cooking method

  • Boil the broth.
  • Tomato and chicken soup
  • I discard the onion, and leave the chicken breast to cool.
  • While boiling the broth, scald and peel the tomatoes, beat with a blender.

  • Pour the tomato mixture into the broth, boil for 5-7 minutes. Add the stripped breast, fried garlic and thin vermicelli.

  • Add a slice of lemon (or lime), herbs and hot peppers (if you like more spicy) before serving.

Light, I already prepared it, only I had beef broth with meat, and I made a soup on it, though I threw a little fried mushrooms there, there was nowhere to stick them.

I didn’t throw out the onion yet, but blendor it with the tomatoes. With the garlic I did this: I added butter to the pan (I don’t know why, but I just wanted butter), I only slightly sprinkled the garlic on it - so that it just became soft - then I sent the garlic into the bowl to the tomatoes and onions - blendorized everything together, and the butter, which was saturated with the taste of garlic, was poured into the broth - the soup turned out to be sooooo tasty with a delicate creamy taste ...
