Bulgarian pepper 0.5KG
Bitter pepper (preferably green) 2 pcs.
Garlic 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil 1 glass
Salt 2 tbsp. l without slide
Sugar 0.5 cups
Apple cider vinegar or other 6% 0.5 cups
Favorite herbs optional

Cooking method

  • I think that in our country of evergreen tomatoes, such a spicy snack is quite a place to be.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small wedges.
  • Chop the pepper and garlic with a food processor or meat grinder, add salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour into the multicooker bowl, on the "Soup" program, cook until boiling, add the tomatoes, mix, cook for 5 minutes after boiling. Without turning off the multicooker, roll up.
  • You can also cook on the stove. And, of course, you can vary the amount of ingredients: more or less hot pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar.
  • I don't add any spices and herbs, because I like to open a jar and mix the appetizer with fresh green dill and parsley.

This is how I cook the very last tomatoes, which are no longer destined to ripen in the garden. I have been cooking like this for many years, so I don’t remember where I got this recipe from. Yes, the recipe is ridiculously simple. If the author is found - bow to him from me. Because the taste of the appetizer is remarkable: spicy-salty-sour-garlic-sweet.
