So:
bread maker Electrolux EBM8000
mode 5 (French bread)
weight 750 g
crust - light

Ingredients:
- water 110 ml
- milk 100 ml
- kefir 100 ml
- the oil grows. 1 tbsp. l
- sugar 1 tbsp. l
- salt 1 tsp
- malt 2 tbsp. l
- wheat flour 300 g
- rye flour 100 g
- yeast 1 tsp
- a handful of raisins

First I brew the malt with hot water and leave it to cool for 20-30 minutes.
In the bakery, in accordance with the instructions, I first put liquid, then dry in this order:
- milk, kefir, brewed malt, sugar, salt
- wheat and rye flour, I make a small depression and yeast there.
After the first kneading and signal, add a handful of raisins.
All. The gingerbread man turns out to be tight.

And the bread is AWESOME !!! Airy, fragrant !!!

And a little about the bread maker itself - I'm very happy! I baked bread only 5-6 times, different - wheat and wheat-rye, with or without milk, with or without additives, and ALWAYS the bread turns out! Nice and tasty !!!
