Let the spices open in hot oil for a couple of minutes and lay out the dried beans.
  • Fry all ingredients for a few minutes. Tastes, aromas and smells should make friends and circle over the saucepan in the rhythm of \ "hot \" tango. We take out the stalks from the herbs. Pour the mashed tomatoes, mix and immediately turn off the program... The residual heat of the heating element is enough for the dish to \ "reach \".
  • Now you can add chopped hot pepper. He will have enough time and warmth to saturate the dish with his aroma and not overload it with pungency. Adjust the amount of pepper taking into account the degree of its hotness. I used 1/2 a small pod to remove the seeds and septa (the pepper was so hot that when I cleaned it for harvesting the day before, my hands could not save even heavy rubber gloves).
