Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients until smooth and leave at room temperature for 2 hours. Then transfer to the refrigerator for 10 hours.
  • Dough
  • Mix all the ingredients and knead in a food processor (or HP) for 18 minutes. Then put the dough in a large bowl and put it back in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • On the day of baking, put the dough out of the refrigerator, divide into 18 parts, each 92-94 gr.

  • Moisten each bun with water, roll in sesame or poppy seeds and place the powder down on a linen cloth.
