Cooking method

  • I cooked these beans in a slow cooker and the result is excellent. So it became interesting to me to cook it in Shtebochka))
  • We take the beans, mine is light, and put them in the bowl so that it covers the bottom. I wrote in grams.
  • Pour water to the middle of the bowl, close the lid and valve. We turn on the Soup mode for 1 hour 30 minutes, pressure 0.7 bar.
  • During this time, my last year's beans have boiled down very well, so you don't need to put them more time for light beans. But for the dark one, it will most likely take longer.

  • While the beans are boiling, we chop the onions, carrots on a coarse grater or into cubes, pepper.
  • Put the tomatoes in a blender and puree.
  • We need to rescue all this. This can be done in a skillet or in a slow cooker over frying.
  • Saute the onions, carrots and peppers for about 10 minutes, add salt so that the pepper gives juice. Then put the tomato puree and sauté for another 10 minutes.
  • Put everything in a bowl of beans and mix and turn on the Simmering mode for 2-3 hours.
  • We get stewed tasty beans) I cooked without meat, but it is possible with meat and smoked meats.

Everything is very homogeneous, the beans are soft, but not boiled, soaked in a delicious sauce. really liked it. Yes, I also put a dessert spoon of tomato paste Tomato and softened the acid with sugar. This is the third time I cook at Shteba, almost without fear. Very happy !!!!
