Eggplant rolls with cottage cheese

Eggplant1 kg
Cottage cheese300 g
Sour cream3-4 tbsp. spoons
Garlic3 teeth

Olive oil (for frying)

Cooking method

  • Wash the eggplants, cut off the tails and cut them lengthwise by 0.5 cm. Salt and let stand. Next, pour olive oil (or any other) into a bowl and grease the pan with a silicone brush before each batch of eggplant laid out for frying. Fry. As a result, we get low-fat fried "sandals". Now mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and finely grated garlic. We grease each piece with the resulting curd mass, put a tomato cut into oblong cubes on the edge and wrap the rolls.
  • I fold the finished rolls into an oblong shape and close the lid. The next day, they are as delicious as freshly made.
