Cooking method

  • I found the recipe on the Internet, where, I don't remember, but it turns out very tasty! I have already cooked it twice, both times with black currant.
  • 1. Beat eggs.
  • 2. As the eggs turn white, add a little sugar and beat again for 5 minutes until thick.
  • 3. Sprinkle the soda and quench it with lemon juice, bubble up the soda, beat again.
  • 4. Add flour in parts, beat again.
  • 5. Add berries (any), mix everything with a spoon.
  • 6. Grease the bowl with butter, then lightly sprinkle with semolina so that the sides of the biscuit do not stick.
  • 7. Pour the mixture into a bowl, level the top and place in a slow cooker.
  • 8. We turn on the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes, when we hear a signal, we take out our cake.
  • 9. We are waiting for it to cool down and cut the cake into two cakes.
  • Cake cream:

  • Cream 40% (I took sour cream 20%)
  • Half a glass (200ml which) sugar
  • Beat everything with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Then grease between the cakes + the top cake. Top can be decorated with nuts, I sprinkled with cocoa
