Try my bread recipe (I have been using it for 2 years and no problem).
2 measuring cups of water,
5 measuring cups of flour,
2 small measuring spoons of dry yeast (if the bread will give off yeast next time, put 1.5 tablespoons),
2 small scoops of salt.

Pour in water, add all the flour, add yeast and salt (put them separately so that they do not touch). Switch on program 1, bread weight is maximum, crust is dark. Bon Appetit.
