Pork with black currant in Brand 6050 pressure-multicooker

Ingredients

Pork (shoulder) 1,300 g
Red onion 2 pcs.
Black currant berries glass
Salt, spices taste
Rust oil 2 tbsp. l.
Rice vinegar 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • My meat, cut into pieces.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • We put the meat and onions in the marinator, crush the berries there, add 2 tbsp. l. rice or any vinegar (which is), throw in spices, salt, set for 9 minutes. Pork with black currant in Brand 6050 pressure-multicooker
  • Then pour 2 tbsp into the bowl of the pressure cooker. l. vegetable oil, lay out portions of meat with onions and berries, set the "Fry", when all the meat is overcooked, close the lid and put the "Meat" under pressure.
  • Fresh black currants can be served with the meat.

Today I bought a marinator - I played enough!
