Cherry cream with cookies
Category: Confectionery
Ingredients
Fresh cherry 200 g
Gelatin 1 pack
Egg yolks 2 pcs
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Natural low-fat yogurt 400 g
Biscuit biscuits 100 g
Cooking method

1. Wash cherries and remove seeds from them. Soak gelatin in a little cold water. When it swells, heat it in a saucepan over low heat until it is completely dissolved.
2. Beat egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add warm gelatin to this mixture and mix well.
3. Put yoghurt into the mixture and stir. Leave to cool until the cream hardens.
4. Divide most of the cherries equally into bowls or volumetric wine glasses. Beat the cream with a mixer and put evenly in each bowl. Put in the cold for 1 hour.
5. Break the biscuit cookies. Place the biscuit pieces on top of the cream and garnish with the remaining cherries.

1 sachet of gelatin
Christina, the fact is that in a sachet of gelatin there can be 10 g, 15, 20, etc. It can be ordinary food or instant. Therefore, you were asked above and asked to clarify the weight and what kind of gelatin you are using. (The number of grams in a bag of vanilla sugar is also different, but this is at least not so critical compared to the amount of gelatin)

As for the photo, how do you save it? In your gallery on our forum, I see only 1 photo:

Thanks for the recipe. Hopefully soon we will add missing information and photos

You don't need a photo of a bag of gelatin. It is enough to write the weight. I also asked which one would be desirable - ordinary or quick-fix. This is important.
And the photo means the recipe.

Christina, put aside crying, everything is fine, we all learn and sometimes we can forget to indicate something.I just fixed everything, supplemented the recipe, if someone is not clear about anything, that's all. And you can ask the moderator to insert a photo if it does not work out for yourself.
