Ingredients
small cucumber 2 kg.

oak leaves

spring water or from a filter 1.4-1.5 liters
Cooking method

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and soak for 2-4 hours, depending on the freshness of the cucumbers. Fill 3-liter clean jars with herbs and spices as desired. Place the cucumbers on the greens. Add salt. Pour in alcohol or vodka. Pour the jar with cold water, cover with a nylon lid and in the cold. Store in a cellar or refrigerator. Cucumbers will slowly sour and not sour .. I measured salt, 2 tablespoons with a normal, medium slide - this is 57 g. I made 2 cans like this, and the rest I do - 80 g of salt. And I dissolve the salt in cold water.
