Pumpkin baked in honey and rosemary.

Ingredients

pumpkin 1 kg
honey 2 tbsp. l
butter 1 tbsp. l
rosemary 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Quick and easy to cook - tasty and healthy to eat! Such a simple, no-nonsense dessert.
  • Peel the pumpkin (do not cut off the thin skin) and cut into slices.
  • Put the pumpkin on a baking sheet and bake at 190 * C for 35 minutes.
  • Mix the softened butter, honey and rosemary. Lubricate slices of baked pumpkin with this mixture from all sides.
  • Bake for another 20 minutes, until golden brown forms.
  • Pumpkin baked in honey and rosemary.
  • With thick Greek yoghurt or ice cream - just delicious!
