  • In a bread maker on the "Pizza" program, knead the yeast dough, not very steep. It is good to add a teaspoon of vodka or brandy to the dough.
  • We let it rise either in a warm place for two hours, or in the refrigerator - also at least two hours, and it is better to leave it overnight.
  • Cooking minced meat - twist the meat twice with onions in a meat grinder, salt and add your favorite spices.
  • Then we make balls from the dough, small, about the size of a chicken egg, stretch it into a cake, put minced meat in the middle, collect in a bundle, leaving a small hole on top. You can contrive and assemble with an assembly, but I didn't succeed.
  • Then pour some vegetable oil on the bottom of the bowl of the smokehouse, set the "Fry" program. After two minutes, you can lay out the pies - minced meat down. How to brown - turn over and fry until tender.
  • Attention! Do not cover with a lid and do not go far from the pies - the frying is very fast!
  • You can bring the pies completely to readiness either in the oven or in the microwave. It all depends on the meat - if the juice is clear and light - you're done!
