Beer wheat bread with boiled buckwheat

Ingredients

Wheat flour 500 (+ - 50) g
Boiled buckwheat 2.5 cups
Warm beer with water (2: 1) 300 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I prepared the yeast as follows: before the first stage of putting the products into a glass, pour 30 ml of beer (warm), add 2 teaspoons of sugar (foam will immediately go), add 2 teaspoons of wheat flour, and 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast (saf-levure ). Mix. By the end of the measuring-laying process, there is already a yeast thick foam head in the glass, if not, wait a little.
  • Pour the yeast onto the buckwheat and turn on mode 1 (White bread), dark top (I'm in a hurry, I prefer even "accelerated" modes, that is, I bake on mode 2 (Fast White bread 2h.30m., Not to be confused with the mode of just Fast of bread))
  • In the process of kneading, I had to control the bun and add flour to get a cheerful bun. I also poured Galina Blanca universal mix.
  • 30 minutes before cooking, cut the cheese into strips and decorate the top.
