Cooking method

Boil the marinade, cool and pour over the cabbage with carrots and garlic. You can attach cabbage in a bottle or in a saucepan. If you are very warm, then you can try in a day. Keep refrigerated.

My children love to eat such cabbage instead of salad, you can serve it with herbs, rast. oil, who likes it. Delicious!

I have 9% vinegar, the marinade should taste sweet and sour. I didn't try to do it with apple, but what is worth, only you need to pour more.
In order for the marinade to cover the cabbage, you need a plate and a weight on top of it to begin with, or cook it a little more.
I have not done it this year, dear, an infection, we usually have a lot of cauliflower in the fall, huge snow-white heads weighing up to 4 kg. And here the prices for vegetables will soon surpass the prices for meat

Well. I made. The solution is really not enough, I topped up more. And I poured boiling water over it. I know there is such an opinion: if you want to quickly eat cabbage, pour boiling water, if you want to pour it with cold marinade for tomorrow. They do not pretend to be correct.
