Baked chicken fillet in a multicooker POLARIS 0520AD
Category: Meat dishes
Ingredients
Chicken fillet 2 halves
Processed cheese 1 pc.
Cream 300 gr.
Spice
Sunflower oil
Cooking method

Yesterday I became the owner of this multicooker and wanted to cook something right away. For a long time I could not decide what exactly, but came across this recipe. I liked the ease and simplicity of preparation. You can cook in any multicooker, but I cooked in POLARIS 0520AD.
So the recipe:
1. My fillet, remove excess fat.
2. Carefully cut a deep pocket in the fillet with a thin sharp knife.
3. Cut the processed cheese into pieces so that they fit into the pocket.
4. Place the processed cheese inside the fillet. We pinch the cut with a toothpick so that when baking the cheese does not climb out.
5. Sprinkle the fillets with spices and salt.
6. Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker with sunflower oil and lay out our fillets.
7. In the "Fry" mode at the maximum temperature, fry on both sides until golden brown (about 5 minutes on each side)
8. A couple of minutes before the end of frying, add the onion, cut into half rings.
9. After the end of frying, pour the fillet with cream (salt and pepper the cream) and in the "Stew" mode under a closed lid, bring it to readiness for 20-30 minutes.

Cooking time: 40-50 min.
Note
The fillet turned out to be very tasty and soft.
I didn't even have time to take a picture: the husband and daughter ate everything within half an hour

This is one of my favorite recipes. Try to roll cheese (pieces) in greens (dill + garlic), and as an option for cheese + mushrooms and onions, just cut thinner into slices. And also, when you are very hungry, you can add potatoes (in cubes).
