Zucchini muffins with sun-dried tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients

Greens, garlic, a piece of sausage

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with kefir, grate the zucchini (if it gives you a lot of juice, squeeze it), cut the onion, mix the zucchini with the egg, add flour, soda. Knead the dough thicker than for the pancakes (we will lay it out with a spoon in the molds, and not pour it). Add to the dough to taste: greens, a clove of garlic, small diced sausage.
  • Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, the cheese into small cubes (less than for a vinaigrette).
  • Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, insert a piece of sun-dried tomato and a few pieces of cheese into each.
