Ingredients

Condensed milk 1 can (380gr)
Milk 800 gr fatter
Vanilla
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Egg 4 things.
For glaze:
Sugar 1 cup (250 ml)
Water 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Mix eggs with a mixer with condensed milk (do not beat)
  • add vanilla
  • stir starch with cold milk (at first with a small amount)
  • then with all the milk and mix everything.
  • You will get a liquid mixture.
  • Then take a suitable pudding mold, preferably with a sleeve in the middle (this is more beautiful).
  • So that this mold fits freely in the slow cooker.
  • And make sugar caramel: Pour sugar into a frying pan, pour water into it and melt over low heat until sugar caramelized.
  • Then, with this caramel, until it has frozen, straight from the fire, grease the mold.
  • Caramel serves as a means that will prevent the pudding from sticking to the mold, and it will automatically become a delicious sauce with which we will pour our pudding.
  • Then put the saucer on the bottom of the slow cooker, on the saucer our mold, and pour the milk mixture into the mold.
  • After that, along the wall, pour warm water into the slow cooker (so that it boils faster),
  • so that the water reaches the middle of the pudding pan.

  • In the morning I got it out by turning it onto a plate.

  • The taste is wonderful - just what I expected. Delicate, with a taste of condensed milk, not lusciously sweet.
  • Tastefully okay.
  • But the form suffered from my laziness.
  • I decided to use honey instead of caramel, but I could not cheat my pudding ..
  • Now it remains to work on the form.
  • At the end, I covered it with chocolate icing.
  • There was a pleasant taste combination of milk, honey and cocoa.
  • This is not my last pudding, I will work on mistakes.

By the last year, their hearts were so exhausted by such separation from their first-born that they decided to take the baby so that he would spend the last year of study with them.
And they brought the child, they brought it in September, when the studies had already begun. And while they were looking for a nanny, I agreed to sit with the boy until they returned from the institute.

My ideas about puddings were, I thought it was baked porridge.
But I never got the chance to teach me how to cook Maria's pudding.
I looked for a recipe but couldn't find it.
And finally I found it.
Now I will cook it more often and try different flavors.

I made a chocolate version, because my son told vanilla that it tasted too omelette and did not eat, but the chocolate one went with a bang.

The recipe is as follows:

- 400 ml of milk (better than cream)
- 3 yolks
- 1 egg
- 80 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar

The resulting mass was poured into molds (100-150 ml) and placed in a deep mold filled with water, the water should reach the middle of these molds.

Then I put it in the oven for 45 minutes, preheated to 150 C
But in principle, you can try it in a slow cooker, though I don't know how it will work out there without water evaporation, I think you can't do without starch.

I don’t know what it’s called correctly, pudding-dessert-cream, I only realized that with this recipe I was able to get a little closer to my favorite cream as a child, which we went to eat in the Fantasy cafe, and only in this only cafe in the whole city were preparing such an amazing treat. The author gives the recipe is wrong, so the author's result is not good. The shape for it needs a round, not ribbed, with a flat bottom and a tube in the middle. Not detachable. It is prepared in a water bath, in the oven.
There should be no starch or water in the recipe... Cooking is easier than steamed turnips. Great pudding recipe. Really big ...

Look, pour some water when the edges fall behind the form and the contents are elastic, but soft - take out. It will stand a little, cool down - put a plate on the form and turn it over with a confident movement. Put in the refrigerator and eat after aging in the refrigerator, otherwise a warm egg will taste strong. There will be plenty of tasty sauce and a nice brown top crust.
