Shrimp stuffed squid

Ingredients

Small squids 2 pcs.
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Cheese 50 g
Egg 1 PC.
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. l.
Shrimp 100 g
Greens

Cooking method

  • Defrost the squid, pour over with boiling water, remove the skin.
  • Chop shrimps, tomatoes, herbs, garlic,
  • grate cheese, beat in an egg, add crackers,
  • Mix everything with salt and pepper.
  • Salt and pepper squids, add spices
  • for fish. Stuff with minced meat. Fasten the ends with toothpicks.
  • Fry on both sides, add wine (sour juice can be used),
  • simmer covered for about 15 minutes.
  • When serving, cut into rings.
