We have such a pastry called VERTUTA.

natamylove, thank you so much for the recipe! I have baked it 4 times already - and my daughter is delighted, and your "vertuta" makes an indelible impression on the guests. And just a very pleasant dough in consistency - it's a pleasure to tinker with it. Sometimes I replaced sour cream with homemade yogurt, milk - with milk powder and water, butter - with homemade cream, but the result is always great. The recipe is absolutely win-win, it works every time.
I really love baking with poppy seeds, but I thought that to prepare it, you either need to rub it for a long time in clay makitra, or have a special attachment for a meat grinder. Your advice on steaming poppy in the microwave is just a godsend for me.
Thanks again!

natamylove
thank you
I also gave up poppy baking for a long time, because I did not know how to prepare poppy seeds.

And I also looked for this advice somewhere on the Internet.

Natasha! You as always ... !!! ... !!! ... !!! Well, no words, some emotions !!! And tell me, can this piece be made outside of MV? Well, I have no MV
natamylove
Why not?
We are now adapting all the recipes now to a multitude, then an airfryer, then
as technology arrives in our kitchen.

on health, you can "curl" and jam and cottage cheese ...
I have this on duty recipe, it often helps.

Today I baked a pie according to your recipe. It turned out very tasty, I did not even expect this from myself, for a long time the dough did not rise. I kneaded with my hands, baked in a slow cooker. Well, 45 minutes of baking was enough for me, and I turned it over and another 15 minutes. I understood why my dough fits for a long time.
Thank you very much for the recipe, I will continue to experiment with fillings

Ksyusha, good luck and delicious recipes,

just baked this miracle ...

the smell is of course unbearable ...
the dough turned out to be very pleasant, I did not even expect. so tender, it was even a pity to roll it out. it was so beautiful in HP.

rose wonderfully. and in HP it rose well, and in the multi on heating.

I was shocked when I opened it, and my curl grew just above the TEN mark !!! I've never had this in my life.

the tip is light as expected, but that's not a problem. the smell and the sight - all overlap.

there is no microwave.I made poppy in a small rice cooker. brought to a boil and put on heating for 20 minutes.

baked on parchment paper.

now my curl is standing, cooling down. and I really want to try, but I'll have to endure until the morning - it's probably not worth cutting hot ...

Thank you so much for the simple and delicious recipe !!!

I baked your curl, there was no poppy, sprinkled with sugar with coconut flakes and put banana circles in 1 layer, and rolled them up and put them in a cartoon sprinkled them with nesquik so that it was not pale and the chocolate flavor also did not harm =)
The husband, after trying, said only one word DIVINE
thanks for the idea

but I didn't succeed, everything was according to the recipe ... all the honey flowed out ... in the hole all the honey ... in short, the dough turned out in this slurry .... so sorry .... .... ooooooooooooo ... I understood everything why is everything so ... I turned on the heating, as you have written! The multicooker began to heat from below as it warms up the food, the tempurature was flooded, but it was necessary to turn it on to keep the heat ... in general, it didn't roll about the distance, turned it on for baking, cooked in honey

Tomorrow I'll try, if I have enough time, to make a turntable. I'd like to try it.

My curl has not worked out since the moment of kneading. For some reason, the dough was very thick and sticky (probably a lot of sugar). Stubbornly did not want to approach. She rolled it out as it was. She didn't smear the filling, put it in a bunch and rolled it up. The dough was divided into 2 parts. One was baked in a pressure cooker, and the other in a multicooker. While they are cooling, but the smell is mind-blowing of course.

This is a pressure cooker. Filling raisins + apple + brown sugar + culinary cognac.

Thank you very much for the recipe! A friend brought the remains of pastry dough long ago, but I had a poppy from Ukraine. Now all the ingredients are in proof
I really hope that everything worked out, but the recipe itself is very successful!
