Marin! Did you end up with something like a casserole? Was it baked at the bottom?
Mar_k
Yes, it was a little hot, there was a crust. But I think it is necessary to experiment with modes. Maybe extinguish first. and then to Baking. Next time I will do - I will think and write
Rick
I will do this for the child, only for a couple. So thanks for the recipe

Be sure to show, please, how it will work out!
Rick
Good!
Yaroslavna
so this is not a soufflé, but just a fried cutlet

You need to add heavy cream, milk, and whip everything in a blender. Whisk very well !!!! The mass must be airy. I make on steam platinum in silicone small molds for a child, and if you put a foil, then you can make it in the form of a pancake on it.
Rick
Can you do it in metal molds?

Thanks, let's try this option too!

You can, just grease with oil. Silicone does not need to be lubricated. The Seven Hills store has small candy tins. Toddlers love this size!

A good idea, beautiful molds, I wanted everything, but not why it was, but now they will definitely be !!! Now, if it were not for my recipe with a "fried cutlet" - then I wouldn't buy molds for me, tomorrow I'll go!

In the air grill I make fish cakes in tins. Another idea for children: molds in the form of roses, bears, fish, etc. The child thus began to eat fish !!!

Yes, as a variety - just right, just for their portion! Thanks again.

That just for the sake of kids eating well you can’t imagine !!!

Marinochka! Made a steamed beef soufflé today. Only in a metal mold. It turned out delicious, but still more like a steam cutlet. I also added milk to the minced meat, because it turned out to be dense. But I didn’t break it with a blender yet, I wanted more, so that it looked like a cutlet. I did it for the child, and it’s time to switch to a denser food.
The result was the same as I wanted. First I tried it myself, I liked it, my godfather was just visiting, she gave her a try, she also liked it. She gave it to the child, he chased a piece in his mouth for a long time, then he ate it himself, so the most important taster also appreciated it.
Thanks for the recipe! I will continue to do so.
