Ingredients

fish fillet 450 g
butter 25 g
eggs 2 pcs
flour 1 tbsp. l
cream 20% 1 st
dill 1 bundle
Cherry tomatoes optional
breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. l
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I love soufflé in all forms. Children simply adore this souffle, and even those who do not like fish.
  • 1. Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder, add flour, salt, pepper, softened butter and eggs. Whisk with a mixer, pour in the cream and continue to beat for 2 more minutes.
  • Add finely chopped dill.
  • Fish and cream soufflé
  • 2. Pour the minced fish into a greased pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs. The minced meat should not reach the edges of the 2-3 cm mold. Cover the mold with foil and place in a larger mold, filled with water to the middle of the smaller mold.
  • Fish and cream soufflé
  • 3. Bake the soufflé in a water bath at 200 * C for 45 minutes. Then take the soufflé mold out of the water bath, remove the foil, place the cherry tomatoes and return the mold to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
