Ingredients

Cucumbers 25 pcs.
Tomatoes 25 pcs.
Carrot
(can be cut into circles)
4 things.
Cauliflower

Marinade for a 3-liter jar:
Water 1 l
Sugar 1/3 Art.
Salt 1/4 Art.
Vinegar 100 ml
Laurel. sheet 3 pcs.
Carnation 3-4 pcs.
Black pepper 7-8 peas
Allspice 5-6 peas
Cinnamon
Curry 1 tsp
Cardamom 2 grains

Cooking method

  • All vegetables should be taken as small as possible !!!
  • Let the marinade boil and add vinegar at the end!
  • Pour prepared jars and sterilize 3 l. jar - 35 min.
  • Roll up or close with screw caps!

I want to share a recipe for assorted vegetables, which we have for all the holidays goes to "Hurray!" This recipe was in the program with "Tasty with Burda". He explained that there is a selection of spices that are used in Indian cooking!
