Ingredients

Sour cream 15-20% 3 Kg
Egg C0 5 pieces
Sugar 200 gr (1 glass)
Vanilla extract or sugar 1 tsp
Candied fruits, dried fruits taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Put the sour cream in a saucepan. Put curd in the oven at T 100C or on a divider on the smallest fire for 2-3-4 hours (half the portion was cooked in a milk cooker). The readiness of the sour cream can be determined by tilting the pan - if the sour cream lump separates from the sides of the pan by floating in the whey and the middle of the lump is thickened - you can fold it back. Do not boil sour cream, do not interfere!
  • 2. Throw the curdled sour cream onto a piece of coarse calico or 3-4 layers of gauze. Weigh out 10-12 hours.
  • 3. Beat 5 eggs with a glass of sugar. Mix with weighed sour cream.
  • 4. Put in a pasochny lined with gauze. Put in the refrigerator (I put it without oppression).
  • 5. Easter is ready in 12-24 hours.

I have been preparing Easter since Thursday evening. I put sour cream to warm, weigh it overnight, in the morning or afternoon on Friday I mix it with eggs beaten with sugar, put it in a pasta box and molds (I make from sour cream glasses). On Saturday I am bringing the holy.
This year I have been cooking since Friday morning, everything has managed to drain and form perfectly in a day.

I have been preparing this Easter for many years. I tried many options, but this one is the most delicious, tender and simple!
