Garlic and tomato lean soup

Ingredients
Tomato paste 210 grams
Small head of garlic 1 piece
6 cups water
Olive oil 4 tbsp spoons
Flour 3 tbsp. spoons
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method

1. Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a hot saucepan.
2. Add flour and brown a little.
3. Add 1 glass of water while stirring constantly.
4. Stir in the remaining water and tomato paste a little at a time.
5. When the soup boils, season it with salt and pepper and reduce heat.
6. Continue cooking for 15 minutes.
7. At the same time, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a skillet.
8. Cut the garlic into wedges and fry for half a minute, until slightly brown.
9. Add garlic to soup and cook for 5 minutes more.
