Cutlets with oatmeal in the Brand multicooker
Category: Meat dishes
Ingredients
Homemade minced meat 600 g
Milk 70 ml
Egg 1 pc
Oat flakes No. 3 100 ml
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 4 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Favorite spices to taste
RM for frying 2 tbsp. l
Cooking method

Beat eggs with milk, pour the flakes with the mixture, mix and leave to swell for 30 -40 minutes. Chop the onion and garlic in a chopper (4 - 5 turns). Add swollen flakes, onion with garlic, salt and spices to the minced meat. Knead thoroughly. With wet hands, form cutlets from all the minced meat, placing them on a wet plate. Switch on the "Frying" smokehouse for 16-17 minutes. Pour oil into a bowl, heat it up for 2 minutes. Place 5 - 6 cutlets around the perimeter of the bowl (no more: it is easier to turn over). Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Remove the fried portion of cutlets on a plate. Put the rest of the cutlets into a bowl, do with them in the same way as with the first portion. But they can no longer be taken out, but turned onto a barrel, and the previously fried ones are also put to them. Set "Extinguishing" for 8 min. On a signal, the fragrant and juicy cutlets are ready.

The dish is designed for 10 - 12 pieces
Cooking time: 25 min
Note
I found a recipe for a double rate of products in the YUMMY BOOK with a frying pan. Instead of flakes, I used oat bran, which outwardly differs very little or does not differ at all from flakes No. 3. In 2 - 3 minutes, the cutlets on one side are fried until golden brown and even darker. Bon Appetit!!!
