Spicy pumpkin puree soup

Ingredients

Pumpkin 1.5KG
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrot 1 PC
Dook 1 PC
Garlic 2 cloves
Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp. the spoon
Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. the spoon
Flax seeds 1 teaspoon
Mexican spice mix TACO 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • Peel the pumpkin and potatoes, cut into medium pieces, put in a saucepan, add water and cook until tender. pour half of the broth into a container (do not pour out). Peel the onions and carrots, cut and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown, add to the vegetables. Lightly fry the seeds all together in a dry frying pan to release their aroma. Add seeds to vegetables and grind together with a blender. Chop the garlic in a garlic press and put in the soup, add TAKO spices. Add the drained broth to the consistency you need and boil the soup. (You can leave some of the whole seeds and sprinkle them on the soup already on the plate.)

If it is not possible to buy a ready-made Taco, you can make it yourself.
