Hard cheese - 100 g
Yolk - 1 PC
Cream - 200 ml
Olive oil - 40 ml
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Salt pepper. spice taste
Water - 1.5 l

Cooking method

  • Cooking process:
  • Cut the bacon into slices, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, peel the garlic.
  • Don't break the spaghetti. The cooking time for spaghetti should be 1-2 minutes less than indicated on the package.
  • Pour water into the multicooker bowl and close the lid, use the Menu button to set the PASTA mode, press the Time setting button, then press the Cooking time button to set the blinking indicator for 9 minutes. Press the Start button. After the beep, open the lid, add the spaghetti to the bowl, stir. Close the lid and press the Start button, cook until the end of the mode. After finishing cooking, drain the water from the bowl. Do not rinse the spaghetti.
  • Pour olive oil into a multicooker bowl, put garlic. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the Fry mode, press the Time setting button, then press the Cooking time button to set the blinking indicator for 10 minutes.
  • When the countdown starts. open the lid, bring the garlic until golden brown and remove .. Put the bacon in a bowl and fry, then pour the cream and bring to a boil with the lid closed. Open the lid, add the yolk and mix well.
  • Turn off the multicooker. Put the resulting sauce on the spaghetti. Sprinkle with hard cheese when serving
