Cooking method

I'll start with the preface, a very sad story happened ....... Saturday sunny day of spring, the barbecue is marinated and the fire is already on fire. everyone is in anticipation, but then the poor beloved mother's trouble happens from yesterday's delicacy of smoked fish (whoever knows about the problem of pancreatitis, we will understand) an attack occurs, not strong, but obviously a double boiler and kefir for 2 weeks ..... Everyone is walking and eating .. .. not how to leave mom hungry on a dry ration diet))) It comes to mind to alter Paella a little in your own dietary way and make it into a multicooker.
You know, the very name Poela, after cooking, very much annoyed even the kebab eaters and they could not resist not to try))
The taste is really wonderful, I do not look at the fact that it can be considered almost completely a dietary healthy dish (I have not introduced a diet for the waist)
Probably there are a lot of Poella recipes on this site, I dare to suggest my own.
1.In a frying pan in olive oil, lightly sow the onion, add the garlic in the process (I just crushed it, someone cuts it finely)
2.Add there finely chopped peeled tomatoes and chopped bell peppers (I took deep-frozen peppers)
Since the dish is dietary, I did not fry it all much
3.Pump the mixture from the pan into the multicooker pan
4.we throw from the top if there is a frozen seafood cocktail or mussels or whatever is in the fridge (always peeled, ready to eat), I think you can even throw raw fish fillets there
5.Fill rice from the top and fill it with water (according to the ratio of rice to water according to the packing of rice) ... Attention, when frozen products, reduce the amount of water by the ray!
6. We turn on the multicooker in pilaf mode, I have a Panasonic, similarly, in my opinion, the other modes have rice and buckwheat
7. All this is being prepared for about 40 minutes, it seems on the automatic program .... but for now, pour boiling water over the frozen shrimps and let them stand for a while so that you can peel them
8. After the allotted time on the automatic program, try the rice (I still had it a little raw), add salt, shaftran and spices and mix, add the peeled shrimps and run again for about 15 minutes
Well, that's it! the aroma is really heady, my mother forgot about the barbecue and the most important thing was taken by the body at the moment of exacerbation and after a couple of hours she almost forgot about what happened. All the guests tried and praised it, maybe the word just caught a foreign one. maybe it was really tasty. who will understand it now)
The most important thing is that our relatives and loved ones do not get sick, and we at least put them out, even bake them, I will be very grateful if my topic is supported, there is a lot on the Internet about diseases and dry diets for them, I would really like to hear life stories that you are in such situations cook and eat.
