Pasta-naval in a multicooker Brand 6060

Ingredients

Homemade mince 400g
Onion (large) 1 PC
Carrots (medium) 1-2 pcs
RM 2 tbsp. l
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
Pasta 0.5KG
Salt, pepper and other spices taste
Water (boiling water) local

Cooking method

  • Turn on the "Fry" smokehouse for 12 minutes, pour in RM and heat for 2 minutes, add chopped onions (as you like), fry, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes, add carrots grated on a coarse grater. After 2 minutes, put the minced meat to the vegetables, salt and pepper, fry, stirring. As soon as the minced meat changes its color, put the tomato paste, stir and simmer, adding a couple of tablespoons of boiling water, until the end of the regime. Switch to "Soup" 8 min. Pour pasta, salt, mix, pour boiling water from a kettle to the top level of macaroni. Close the lid, place the weight.

I was inspired by the Ksyushk @ -Plushk @ recipe for SV 6050. Since I don't have a pressure cooker with wide functionality, I had to adapt it for a smokehouse.
