And how to whip (or knock down? I don’t know how to correctly ...) cream with the help of this combine? A whipping disc? Or a blender, which is called a mixer in the instructions? And what is the minimum fat content of the cream? The fact is that there will be few of them - ~ 200 ml. And with sugar or with powder? Or is it all the same in this case?

Well, in an amicable way, the whipped cream is those that are called so - for whipping. They are at least 33% fat. For example, and they write, for whipping. Recently, I generally take Valio cream 38% fat for this purpose. It is practically impossible to whip a lower fat content until a standing state, so that, for example, you can fill cakes - they will still be watery. I think this is done on purpose so that people cannot replace expensive cream with cheaper ones. Or if you take a lower fat content, but then use a thickener for cream Dr. Etker. For sweetening, of course, it is better to take powdered sugar - there will be less fuss. But what of the nozzles is better to beat, I will not tell you, I beat with a mixer with whisk. Maybe someone else will tell.

I also think about the hook, do I need it: on the one hand, I want a complete set, and on the other, an unnecessary thing for a small kitchen ...
By the way, what is the price of the hook?
You need to find out the price in the service.
For myself I decided to buy a mixer with hooks and a bowl separately. For a confectioner, it will be more convenient for me to wield a mixer than a combine.

I think by disk. Cream from 30%, whatever the whipping. I use both sugar and powder - whatever is at hand.
I beat it myself with an immersion blender with a whisk.

And I'm in trouble, annoying as a mosquito. The plug on the blender began to move a little, when I remove the lid from the main bowl, very slightly and almost invisibly. Then, when I put everything in place and try to turn on Boshik, it does not work. You have to press, fix the plug. No damage to the locking device is visible. All plastics are in place. Just glue it with tape.

I also bought a ham maker, thanks to Tillotama from the joint venture, and I ask for advice. It requires meat in chunks, can a universal cube knife be used to chop the meat for subsequent ham? So that the end result is not a "pressed cutlet", but sticky pieces, not too large and not too small.

From the experience of grinding meat with another food processor, but with the same knives, I will say that you can! To grind well and quickly, it is necessary not to defrost the meat to the end, or, if you make it from fresh, hold it a little in the freezer so that it grabs a little, then it goes like clockwork and the grinding is regulated only by the time the knives are exposed to the meat - the longer, the smaller ...

Hello! There is a question for those who have Bosch MSM 5529ru. The operating instructions indicate special accessories-disks (I have msm5530 muz4: ps2; js1; rs1; rs2; kp1). What discs are indicated for the cube? Service centers know through one. To my question about whether these disks are suitable (by the way, those indicated in the instructions (for 5530 and 5540 it is one), half answered that they are not suitable, although it is written that they are compatible for the 55 series and for MUMs of the 4th series. And another question! cube cutter from MSM 5529ru, for MSM 5530. Thank you all.

Page 111 instructions for mod. MSM 553./MSM 554.-there is a list with the article numbers for these models, but the sellers of these accessories for some reason do not know about this or they are soaring their brains to either buy another harvester, or buy attachments, whatever they say. And they will call it more expensive and not the fact that it is better.

Thank you! I've read this before. I just wanted to find out which graters are indicated in the manual for MSM 5529 ru. And the fact that sellers, that servicemen are driving such a blizzard, with the exception of some. And they say that it is necessary to change the bowl, under the cube cutter. The same models are the same, with the exception of trim, speeds, power and equipment. Thanks again, I'll probably order for 3500, let it be.

And the fact is that in the instructions they are not called in any way - they just write a grater or a disc for whipping or a disc shredder. The numbers were somewhere on the official Bosch website. And the fact that a cube cutter is suitable is 99% confidence, since we have already measured it at 5540. Just in case, try it on before paying, then tell us!

Take me to the ranks of the HAPPY Cube owners. It was only thanks to this topic that I became (the happy owner). And the birthday turned up successfully, saved my husband from torment, what a surprise to make me. We bought at MT-online in St. Petersburg, took them ourselves, there are no complaints about the service. The first time I read the topic, not yet having a Cube, now I read the second time more consciously, greedily absorbing all the valuable advice and already realized that I really want a julienne nozzle, but they do not send out the links to online stores by region, it remains a branded Bosch store in St. Petersburg (order for relatives to buy) Girls from St. Petersburg, was anyone there?

Yes, I read it! There are doubts, since on the Bosch website, the article of the bowl is from 5529ru -673407, and 5530/01 is completely different.

Matyunya, if you can, do you really get to Eldorado, since you have already seen all the combines of these series there and try it on for all of us! So it would be useful and many would be grateful for it! It's just that the graters also have different articles, and the discs fit like family. Only the price is not in favor of the buyers differ!
Lydia
I realized what I lack in the Cube for complete happiness: the graters are larger than the Boschik medium, but smaller than the Boschik large - the kind that is called large on an ordinary 4-sided grater (I don’t know if anything is clear). It seems that someone has already said something about this.Is there such a grater for "our Boshik"? If yes, then either what is the name, or where to look for it, or both together! Of course, you can live without her, but if she is in this world, then somehow you don't want to.

Taking advantage of Margo's experience, she rubbed the viburnum - it turned out great. Using a grater for chocolate and nuts, I chopped a bar of chocolate (using a manual grater for chocolate, rub the whole bar for a long time and dreary). I just don’t like to wash off all protrusions and depressions from chocolate after chocolate, even with a brush.
Anastasia
When rubbed, the chocolate struck me not by the fact that it is hard to wash, there is such, but also by the fact that it became electrified somehow, just like metal shavings!

I printed out the diagrams and specifications for them from the Bosch website, for mod 5529ru, 5530 / 01,5540 / 01, sat comparing. Cool! The articles of the bodies, drives and rings (on which the grating disks are attached are the same, and the bowls 5530/5540 are art.662126, the cover is 641662, and on the 5529 bowl is 673407, the cover is 647692. In your research I was pleased with this: someone has already placed a cube at 5540 higher, he says, he sat down like a native. if the bowls for 5530 and 5540 have the same article, then 5530 should also "sit like a native", that is, our chances are growing

I don't believe the services, because at the Bosch dealership, a very nice girl told me that the cube DOESN'T EVEN SIT on 5530/5540 !!!

Yesterday I was walking around Auchan and came across ... a long-forgotten "milkshake for whipping" (50 r liter). For a long time (several years ago), we tried to buy it and beat it with a mixer ... but it’s not that at all ... So I think, once on the street, at 26 !!! December is almost spring, so you can immediately turn on Boshik as soon as they bring it, well, to check, what do you think?

They promise a minus tomorrow! But I would still turn it on and check! Without checking, I don't buy more than one technique! So far, there has been no harm from the fact that I turned on the radio tape recorder and the refrigerator with a freezer quite a bit during acceptance after bringing it to a negative temperature. My hand does not rise to give money without checking!
Check it out! The rest is all the courier's difficulties - until the money is given to him - he is responsible for the goods and usually none of them opposes the check, because he understands that the person cannot pay for what he has not seen in working order. This harvester was brought to me for the second time.I don’t know, the first one was still serviceable and we simply did not properly combine the bowl and the trigger, or it was still defective. But the fact remains - for 10 minutes the four of us could not make him work. So the next day they brought me a new one, everything worked and I bought it.

I baked a gingerbread cookie - it worked despite my best efforts. At the request of future eaters, I made it with cocoa. The smell was (and is still preserved) not only in the entire apartment, but also in the entire entrance.

Lisss'sand I enjoyed kneading the dough with knives. Now that KP is busy with its direct business (ie, baking bread), it's not a problem to quickly "figure out" the pies.

Anastasia, I can't keep up with you! I just finished with the cookies, I see - another recipe! Yes, onions with a cube cutter will cut well - checked.

In general, as I thought, most often graters and a cube cutter will be used and used from Boshik-cube - that is, what I mainly bought for. And a knife! The rest is a nice addition. But there is no unnecessary. True, today I tried to cut the potatoes into a disc for fries - I didn't really like it. I wanted to fry potatoes and onions for my husband, but it turned out ... well, you can't say puree, but something unsympathetic. Either she has not adapted yet, or for some other reason.

Hello everyone! Only, only from Eldorado! As promised, the report. Under 5530 (respectively 5540), the cube cutter fits perfectly. The saleswoman already goggled, how I began to interchange nozzles, bowls and lids from model 5529 to 5530 and back. In short, Bosch teaches them at seminars what is not suitable, and that the type of cube cutter is not sold separately (they say, buy a NEW-exclusive) Everything there is interchangeable, although the articles of the bowls do not coincide, they are absolutely the same, as I did not measure them there. They just didn't let it run.

For owners of BOSCH MCM 5530/40, who want to re-equip their harvester for a cube cutter. Pulsar LLC (official service) sent prices for cube cutter nozzles for BOSCH 5529RU, and
namely: 1) 615419-pusher (1pc.) -151p. 65 kopecks; 2) 615420-lattice (1pc.) -
843 rubles 58kop; 3)
647587-holder (1 pc.) - 1211 rubles 20 kop; 4) 647588-knife (1pc.) - 1088 rubles 66kop;

And it's cheap compared to STI. There are 5200. I have not found it cheaper yet. Maybe someone knows? I hope I didn't flood.

Siamka, since I usually store all the details in a large bowl (as shown in the diagram), then when I work with the blender I take out only the graters that are put on the pin, and I leave the churning disc and knife - when the pin rotates, they absolutely do not interfere with it.

Someone in this thread said that he could not mix minced meat with knives. It mixes well with me. Even my husband admitted that it turns out (in just a few seconds) better than his. True, I usually have minced meat with a lot of onions and often with some vegetable additives, that is, not very steep. So it looks like I'll do without the hook. Especially if I can make dough for cheesecakes with knives - I haven't tried it yet.
Zhenechka
The minced meat is mixed with knives perfectly! First, I chop the onion with knives, and then I throw in the rest and mix! It turns out just super, even the taste of cutlets is different than just stirring with your hands.
And it's great to use a hook to make dough and puree after rubbing through a maxi-press.

Today I made marzipan with knives: I poured almonds into the bowl, when it was well crushed, I added powdered sugar there. I stopped it several times to better mix. Then I added protein on the go, while I was thinking at what stage to turn it off, the contents of the combine gathered into a ball, which could only be pulled out and rolled out for further use. So Boshik coped with the task perfectly

There were 250 g of peeled almonds, 200 g of powdered sugar and 1 protein. Although the recipe seemed to have to take almonds and powder in the same proportion ... although I may be wrong, there are too many recipes, and all are different. In general, I read them and decided on an experiment I tried the taste: it seems delicious, but I don't know if it should be like this I will look at the reaction of eaters while eating a cake
Made first for Lisss's English Christmas cake. Now that I know that it is not as difficult as it seemed, I will take it into service, maybe it will come in handy somewhere else.

Girls! I honestly try to find an explanation for this phenomenon and for some torn silicone gaskets and, unfortunately, I can't find it! On one forum, I read the observation of a man that the gasket breaks if it is incorrect to insert the nozzle onto the bowl, without aligning the marks. I went, twisted my own, well, this cannot be in my opinion! True, I combine the marks and the gasket is intact, but even if I do not combine, I did not notice there any obstacle about which it can cling and tear. So with the disc, except for marriage, nothing comes to mind. If you dress it correctly and if everything is correct, then it cannot cling to the bottom in any way.
Aura, You can try to contact the service center under warranty, let them figure it out and if they find a defect, give the go-ahead for an exchange. I would do that. I don't see any other way!

Hello cube owners! Are you accepting new ones?

After reading the forum, at the end of December, on the way home from work, I went to the Foxtrot near the house, and there - OH! Well, in the sense of a Bosch cube. Standing, handsome man, waiting for me. And just the New Year is on its way
In general, I didn’t get involved with Internet shops, drove home for money and ... my soul rushed to heaven

Basin (literally, not an exaggeration) Olivier - a couple of minutes. Fruit salads - bilyaska. The cream was whipped, the beets and carrots were rubbed in the blink of an eye, the cabbage was diced into cubes for a sweet soul. But my husband did not appreciate the "cubic" borscht, he said that it looked too much like a salad.

In short, I've been in love with him, Boshik, for 2 weeks

I'll tell you an interesting story about the compatibility of graters, bowl, etc., etc. between Bosch and Siemens

It so happened that he became the owner of two combines Bosch 5525 and Siemens MK 55300.
I was just shocked after I printed out Siemens and saw in the middle the same attachments as on the Bosch 5525. (Siemens MK 55300 is the twin brother of Bosch 5530).
Not believing his eyes, he began to rearrange the attachments, bowls, blender from one combine to another and back. There is NO difference !!! Even the inscriptions bosch and siemens are not present anywhere !!! As a result, the nozzles all mixed into one pile.
I responsibly declare that all nozzles are made on the same molds from Bosch and Siemens!

The only difference is in the front panel at the very base of the combine (it has a slightly different shape on Siemens). The motors are the same, the power wire is the same, the rest of the parts are the same!

There is only one CONCLUSION: all Bosch and Siemens 55-series models are fully compatible with each other

And the most interesting thing in all this is that Siemens is cheaper than Bosch and additional attachments, respectively, are also cheaper by a huge order !!! (for example, a frying disk for Bosch - 230 UAH, for Siemens - 113 UAH)

I will write what additional disks-attachments for Siemens are spelled out in the brochure (in parentheses I will write the Bosch abbreviation):
MZ5JS01 (MUZ4JS1) - Disc julienne, for slicing into long thin slices, for Asian dishes
MZ5KP01 (MUZ4KP1) - Disc grater for potato pancakes
MZ5PS02 (MUZ4PS2) - Cutting disc for French fries
MZ5RS01 (MUZ4RS1) - Vegetable grater / large
MZ5RS02 (MUZ4RS2) - Disk-grater

Now I'm waiting for the cube cutter to appear for Siemens (probably a matter of time), then it will be possible to buy a cool nozzle at a humane price

How I chop greens with a combine. Of course, you shouldn't bother because of one bunch - everything will remain on the disk and scatter along the walls, but I buy a lot of dill, chop it and freeze it. It looks like this:
We take greens, wash them, dry them a little with a towel

I put a shredder in the combine by 1mm (I tried to take it by 3mm, it will not turn out so neatly) and a narrow neck (it depends on how thick the bunch is)

Well, we start the combine at 2 speed

Somewhere in the thread already wrote about this, but I want to repeat. The trouble I have is with a removable knife that fits on such a white attachment.I needed to grind boiled beef. I put the knife on the nozzle as expected, turned on the combine and then it started. The knife floated halfway up, cutting off a bunch of plastic and leaving a deep mark on that white holder. I thought that it was probably hard boiled meat for him, I decided to crumble dried apricots with them. And the same result - the knife soared up the nozzle to the middle and the dried apricots remained unmilled. And now what to do with this attachment and a knife, take it to the trash heap?
Boo Boo
I used such a knife for the New Year to crumble boiled chicken and ground walnuts. Maybe you don’t completely put on the knife? Try to put the knife directly on the white nozzle, the lower edges should match, and then insert the entire structure into the bowl.

I think this is definitely a marriage, should be replaced at a service center. How many things have I cut with this knife - there has never been something like you say

and you put on so that he sat down to the end? and there also the notches on the inner side of the plastic knife should match the ribs on the side of the white cylinder-knife holder. if they do not match, the knife will never go down to the bottom.

No, they haven't written about the knife yet ... They wrote about the whisk disc - it scratches the bottom of the bowl for some. The knives work fine and with proper dressing they should not soar anywhere - here I agree with Luda about dressing to the end and about notches. I also ground the meat for pasta in a navy way and chopped the dough.
zabu
I put it on to the end and checked that everything matched and fixed. But this knife attachment is not fixed - you just turn it and climb up. How many times did I chop meat even sinewy with the previous mcm2200 combine and nothing like that happened. But there is a standby of a completely different design - it was originally tightly fixed on the nozzle.
matyunya
I called the service center about ordering a cube cutter (already for Siemens MK 55290). Prices are the same as Bosch. So there is no difference in prices.

For BOSCH and SIEMENS, the same components are used (there is only one manufacturer), therefore the prices for combines may be different, but for spare parts and accessories the price is the same.

Well, here I moved on to the feat ... I ate my husband's bald spot for a week and got a Cube ... In a couple of days I tried it: a blender - ok, cubes - great ... in a minute - almost a bowl of Olivier ... about boiled potatoes - just the main thing is to slightly undercooked the potatoes and then it is better to chop them chilled ... when you stir it in a salad, it will break down remarkably into cubes, even if the variety is boiled ... and a lot of chicken puree is formed on the walls of the nozzle, as for baby food ... on the edge, in short, you can skip the chicken through the cubes, but better with handles and a knife ... and the conclusion: to make the finished dish (in a small amount) more beautiful cubes on impulse mode - put in the guide, lightly crushed with a pusher and incl. impulse mode - it will be even smoother ....... the graters and shredders that come with the kit are also great ... I confirm, there really is not enough grater the size between the large cubic and medium cubic ... the medium cubic really rubs very finely ... so I will buy such a grater (it is with an average shredder on a disk, which is also good), as the girls advise ... I will not take a grater for french fries: we do not eat often, but for a couple of times a month for 3 people I will quickly cut with handles (there need 6 large potatoes) .... I will also buy a grater for straws - I liked it from the pictures, how it cuts ... about the shredders - we need to adapt ... so that it is beautiful and uniform ... chopped carrots, cucumbers, beets, white cabbage ... cucumber, carrots - thrust evenly into the guide - it was chopped beautifully; I cut large beets into 4 parts - I cut 2 parts at 2 speeds - we got different-colored slices, and tried it carefully on the pulse (see.above) - the slices turned out to be a feast for the eyes ... with cabbage worse - planed on a 3 mm shredder - almost 70% to 30% are straws and pieces of uncut leaves - they crawl flat under the blade ... so I think, only 1 mm to chop , roofing felts to adapt further ... But quickly it is unrealistic - for soup in a 5-liter saucepan, for a huge saucepan for stewing, for a salad for dinner - 1 minute ... I cut it into pieces longer, so that it could fit into the guide ... Here I sit and I'm afraid to try the whisk disc ... what if the identity will scratch? I won't survive ...
