Water 200 ml.
Fresh ginger root 1 PC
Tomato paste 2st. l.
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Margarine 20g.

Cooking method

  • Turn on the "fry meat" mode. Pour flour into preheated margarine, sauté until creamy, stirring constantly. Add finely chopped or grated ginger (to taste, I added 1 tablespoon), tomato, finely chopped tomatoes, fill with water and mix thoroughly. Add the chopped turkey. We mix. We switch to "Extinguishing" - 1 hour.
  • It turns out a tender turkey in a thick sauce.
