Tomato soup with beans and tuna

Ingredients

Canned tuna. 2 b.
Beans cons. 2 b.
Fish broth 1.5 l.
Bell pepper (red) 1 PC.
Garlic 3 cloves
Tomato paste 50 gr.
Vegetable oil for frying
Sour cream, herbs.

Cooking method

  • Send two cans of canned tuna (about 200 grams per can) and two cans of red and white beans to the fish broth. While they are trying to make friends on low heat, we prepare frying: bell pepper (in cubes), garlic (in slices) and tomato paste. Pour the frying into the soup and leave it on low heat for another 10 minutes.
  • Add sour cream and herbs to a plate.
  • The soup is very light both in perception and in preparation.

Note

When there is no fish broth, I use dry Khandashi broth as a rescue stick. I always have it in my house, I love Japanese soups with all my heart.

I take a note. Thank you)))

An interesting combination is tuna and beans. But, tomato completely pacifies them. Thank you!
