Two vinaigrette - one base

Ingredients

beet 2 pcs
carrot 2 pcs
potatoes 1 PC
white beans 100 g
pickled apples (I have fresh) 2 pcs
fresh cucumbers 2 pcs
herring (fillet) 2 pcs
blue sweet onion 1/2 pc

Cooking method

  • All vinaigrette has one basis - carrots, potatoes, beets and pickles, and then ... there is no limit to our imagination.

  • Vinaigrette with herring and beans
  • Bake beets, carrots and potatoes in foil, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Cool, peel and cut into cubes.
  • Cut apples, cucumbers, onions into cubes and herring into thin strips.
  • Let's prepare a dressing: combine olive oil with mustard and vinegar, add ground pepper.

  • 2 beets
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 200 g salted mushrooms
  • 10 green onion stalks

  • Bake or boil vegetables until tender, cut into cubes. Drizzle separately with vegetable oil and then stir (this will reduce the color of the beets).

  • Chop green onions, arugula thinly. Mix all the ingredients, add the mushrooms and season with oil, salt and pepper.
