Cauliflower Delicacy

Ingredients

Cauliflower 2 Kg
Red tomatoes 1.2KG
Vegetable oil 200 g
Sugar 100 g
Salt 60 g
Garlic 80 g
Bulgarian pepper 200 g
Parsley 200 g
Vinegar 9% 120 g

Cooking method

  • Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, boil for 5 minutes in salted water. Cool down.
  • Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder, add vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, chopped garlic, parsley, pepper, bring everything to a boil. Carefully dip the cauliflower into it. Boil for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
  • Arrange the hot mass in sterilized jars, immediately roll up the lids.
