Beans with mushrooms in the pressure cooker Oursson 4002

Ingredients

Beans 1 stack.
Champignon 200g
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Tomato paste, soup dressing 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Soaked the beans overnight. I drained the water.
  • I cut the onion and carrots, fried in vegetable oil on the porridge mode with the lid open.
  • I added mushrooms to them, also slightly fried.
  • Added beans.
  • I put 2-3 tbsp. l. soup dressing (bell peppers, tomatoes, finely chopped eggplants and canned in a jar). You can just add tomato paste.
  • She poured water so that the beans were only covered with water. Salted and pepper.
  • I turned on the Jellied mode for 1.5 hours.
  • The result was amazing - there was no water left at all. The sides of the saucepan and the lid are just perfect clean.
  • It turned out pretty tasty.

For me, this is normal, but if you want very soft, add 30 minutes (this is for red beans, but for white beans I would not add).

A good recipe for fasting days, take note.
And I adapted to cook the beans this way (sometimes fasting, then a fast day, beans are often needed): I wash a bag of beans, and boil it in MW on the Stew mode (usually red for 3 hours), then drain it, lay it out on a plate to dry it and pour it into container or bag and into the freezer. When required, I put it in a dish, and there is no need to cook separately and no need to buy canned food.

Great, I'll take a note, otherwise I periodically began to buy canned food ...

An interesting recipe, you will need to cook, especially - a post in the yard ...
I recently learned here that when you cook beans, especially red beans, the first water after 10 minutes of boiling must be drained, and then refilled with new water and only then cooked. This is for better assimilation, like ... That's for sure - live and learn ...

Try it - I just adore all kinds of beans ...
And about draining the water during the cooking process - for me this is a discovery
