Vegetable oil 25 g
Wheat flour, premium 480 g

Cooking method

  • Mix pumpkin nectar and water, warm up, dilute compressed yeast and sugar in this mixture.
  • Pour oil, diluted yeast into a bucket of HP, add sifted flour and salt.

I often bake sweet pumpkin bread with raisins, which has already become, as it were, my calling card. But the pumpkin stocks ran out, and I was anxious to find this product. And then suddenly I come across pumpkin nectar in the store. I decided to try it. I was very pleased with the result. The bread turns out to be as tasty as on homemade pumpkin puree.
Now I bake not only sweet with raisins, but also such a simple one.

A bit sweet for a dining room, but not sweet either. I think you don't need to add sugar at all, since the nectar is probably sweet (I haven't tried it because I don't like pumpkin). In my sweet pumpkin with raisins, I put 5-6 tbsp. l. and even raisins or candied fruits. It turns out like a cake, only lean (I bake it in vegetable oil). I made friends with pumpkin only in this form, the bread does not have its aftertaste, but the color is like a cake with saffron.

I will share it with pleasure. First, I peel the pumpkin of seeds and crust, cut it into pieces and bring it to a soft state in the microwave. Lean pumpkin bread for tea.

Ingredients:
Water - 75 ml
Pressed yeast - 15 gr
Vegetable oil - 40 gr
Pumpkin (puree) - 180 gr
Cognac (you can both vodka and moonshine, which is) - 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour, premium grade - 420 gr
Sugar - 5 tbsp. l.
Vanilla - to taste
Salt - 1 tsp
Raisins (optional) - 100 gr

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Pour sugar, vanilla into pumpkin puree, pour in butter, brandy, add salt, stir everything, pour into a bucket, pour yeast diluted in water into the same place, add sifted flour.
Program # 1 - "Basic".
Size - 700 g, crust - medium.
You can also bake on the 5th program ("Baking"), but then I set the size - 900 g and the crust - light. But I liked it better on the 1st.

The bread went up to the viewing window, the most delicate, airy sweet, fragrant, does not smell of pumpkin, it looks like a cake with saffron.
