Fermented baked milk in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Milk 1L
Cream 33% 200ml
Actimel 1

Cooking method

  • Pour milk and cream into the pressure cooker, set the Porridge mode for 20 minutes, at the end, leave it on the heating for an hour.
  • If you want a more intense color and taste, you can set the time of the Porridge program longer.
  • Turn off the pressure cooker, open the lid and wait for the milk to cool down to 40 degrees.
  • Stir in 1 jar of Actimel, close the lid, and leave for 5/6 hours.
  • Pour into jars and refrigerate.
  • It turned out fermented baked milk just to my taste, not very thick, with a pleasant taste, slight sourness and the taste of baked milk, not very concentrated.

The dish is designed for

1L

Time for preparing:

6/7 hours

Cooking program:

Porridge 20 min

Note

Of course, a lot of cream for 1 liter of milk.
I used to make 3 liters of milk (stoked in the oven) and added a half liter jar of homemade sour cream.
The fat content suited me.
