Oatmeal (Extra) (Cuckoo 1054)
Category: Dishes from cereals and flour products
Ingredients
Extra oatmeal porridge (where it says to cook for 3 minutes) 1 glass
Milk 3 cups
Salt, sugar, butter to taste
Cooking method

I don't know whether they tried to cook porridge like that before me or not, but I took a chance and want to share my experience.
Pour milk into the bowl, I did not preheat it, I took it from the refrigerator. Fill in the oatmeal - a 3: 1 ratio. We put on the "multi-cook" mode for 10 minutes at 100 degrees. After cooking, add salt, sugar and butter, for those who do not like thick - a little milk (by eye). We close the lid, let stand for 2 minutes, and EVERYTHING, porridge is READY !!! Bon Appetit!)))

The dish is designed for 2-3 servings
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Cooking program: multi-cook

I also cook a 3-minute oatmeal, we call it "Klinsky". Here are just the proportions I have different, for 1 liter of milk 4st. l. hercules. The porridge turns out to be thick, I cook it on the stove for five minutes and let it stand / cool down until it can be eaten.

I took the proportions shown on the box. Yes, of course, it is possible on the stove, but here the plus is that you can put the porridge on the timer ... I thought that such porridge cannot be cooked in multi, it turned out that it is possible, for me personally it is very convenient

Oatmeal is cooked in cartoons, though not in all ... Did you cook it in Redmond? I only cook rice in cartoons.

I brew in PANASONIC SR-TMH18. I don’t know any problems with breakfast for several years. It turns out great. One trouble - if you do it for two portions, then it bakes a little, and if for 3-4 portions, it is undercooked. But then I set the timer so that it will be in heating mode for 2 hours. And everything turns out fine
Only I take the mixture: extra with oatmeal (50/50), it turns out tastier.

Caracal, in Panasonic porridge is cooked for an hour. How can a 3-minute Extra (which we are talking about here) not cook during this time?

I cook in PANASONIC SR-TMH10. For 2 multi-glasses of Hercules: 1 liter of milk, ~ 200 ml of water, salt to taste, the "Milk porridge" program. It turns out super!

I take 60 g of this three minutes, pour 400 ml of milk or water - and into the microwave at 320 for 10 minutes. The result is excellent, plus you don't need to wash anything.

I have a redmond, but I didn't cook hercules; asked because I had read about the multi-brew; and in some cartoons, Hercules is actively running, in some not, so read in the topic with redmond how things are with oatmeal.
Personally, I remained with the opinion that oatmeal, with all its abundance of mules, will continue to cook on the stove or in the microwave.

Well, hello.
Just today I cooked this porridge for breakfast, but in a Liberty pressure cooker and in water in a 1: 1 ratio, a little salt, butter when done.
But I do not have quick-cooking flakes, but normal ones, a mixture of "3 cereals", so I cooked for 25 minutes. on the "SUP" mode, just that sho nadA both in fluffiness and in brew. Tasted with baked apples

Well, hello.
cooked for 25 minutes.
Olya, well, to each his own. I’m so hungry in the morning that in 25 minutes I’ll die of hunger, and I don’t want to intercept anything before porridge.

I know it’s an hour. For 5 glasses of liquid, this is what happens. And for 6 glasses or more, it turns out to be watery with the same proportions. It is worth giving a rebuke in the heating mode - everything is fine. I fully admit that it is only we love so much. Maybe you should increase the proportion of cereals ... But I have adapted this way.

I don't understand .... I'm also hungry in the morning. I put on the timer in the evening and the porridge is ready to rise. I just wore my eyes, and breakfast is already on the table. As I remember those times when I cooked porridge on the stove - I will shudder so ...

This is how I cook rice, but I don't have to "flinch" with rolled oats.
