Cooking method

  • Tomatoes can be scalded and skinned, but I didn't, I just sliced ​​them thinly.
  • We free the baked pepper from the skin and seeds, cut it into strips in the same way.
  • Gently spread the cheese on the bottom of the bowl. Then pepper, if the feta cheese is salted, then carefully with salt. Tomatoes on pepper. Salt and pepper if necessary. On top of everything, chop a piece of butter and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 8-10 minutes before cooking, I drove in an egg, ideally the yolk should be liquid.
