Whole grain rye bread with sourdough paprika

Ingredients

rye leaven (eternal) 500 g
whey (water) 400 g
whole grain rye flour 300 g
whole wheat flour 200 g
brown sugar (regular) 3 tbsp
salt 3 h l
rast (olive) oil 2 tbsp
sunflower seeds or any other 100 g
paprika (dried peppers) 120 g
sesame seeds (for sprinkling on top - optional)

Cooking method

  • Stir all ingredients, place in a warm place. As it doubles, grease the top with plenty of water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to the oven for 80 minutes at a temperature of 180 grams. In this case, we bake the first 20 minutes with a lid, then remove it.
