I don’t know, maybe there were already similar questions on the forum, but I don’t have time to reread everything. I have a dry sourdough "Rogi Dunkel" for psh. and hw. of bread. I want to bake pure rye and rye-greek. bread without yeast on this leaven. Is it possible? Or is yeast absolutely necessary?

In the search, type the name of your starter culture and you will have full info from the forum!

Ly, yeast is necessary or a home-grown live starter culture.
And if you don't want to read the forum, then read the composition of the leaven. It contains mainly various acidifiers and rye flour products. This is an artificial sourdough to create the aroma and specific taste of rye bread.
Search by Search how to use this starter and it will become clear to you.
